I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and always had a great experience—until today. Usually, an Asian woman cuts my hair and she does an amazing job every single time. She listens, pays attention to detail, and I always leave satisfied. This time, however, someone else a Spanish-speaking lady cut my hair and completely ruined it. I clearly showed her visually and explained that I wanted just 40% of the length cut, and somehow she decided to chop off 80% of it instead. I look ridiculous now, and I’m honestly furious. Even while she was cutting my hair, it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. The fade is completely uneven, and the whole cut looks rushed and unprofessional. I should’ve stopped her halfway through, but I trusted the consistency I’ve had in the past here. Big mistake. This was a disaster, and I’m seriously considering never coming back. I’ve been a regular at this salon for quite some time now, and I always make sure to stop by Patty’s station. She’s not just an amazing soul, but also a brilliant hair stylist. Her kindness and attentiveness are truly remarkable, and she has a knack for listening attentively to her clients’ preferences. I appreciate the fact that she knows exactly what she’s doing, rather than feeling the need to constantly guide me. Came here for a hair cut and everything went well but one thing really bothered me.

The work station on the far left after you enter has a barbicide container that looks like someone vomited in it and just let it ferment. Which made me painfully aware that I didn't see my barber clean his tools after just finishing a haircut. I noticed the cans of spray to disinfect but I definitely didn't hear it while I waited. The gross container was also less than 5 feet away from your employees certifications for health and wellness too!!

I do want to come back but pleaseeee have your barbers/hairdressers use their barbicide containers. It is a relief to watch them pull it out and...
