Like other commenters here I must have met the one bad apple female employee who works at this branch with a bad attitude⦠the front desk lady was wonderful, positive, welcoming as are all the other bud-tenders working here Iāve had. Everyone here is VERY friendly and usually happy to assist customers, explain about the offerings and their recommendations, and answer questions. But one employee with cashier number 68264 is rude and brings down the entire group. Right off the bat, her energy was negative/annoyed and she seemed too busy(or just thought she was too important) to answer my questions about their EXTENSIVE line of constantly changing productsā¦. First please understand, this location has no āmenuā available for viewing while purchasing at the counter so your only source of information on the products at that time is the cashier. Regardless, she answered every question with with as little information as possible and making me feel as if I was a nuisance for asking (about HUNDREDS of products that range WIDELY in potency and effect) and thus requiring me to further question (feeling like interrogation) in an attempt to get very basic information about the products and deals they were offering this day⦠she didnāt want to take the time to explain the deals or show me the offerings instead she just just tried to usher me through the process the quickest way possible without making sure I had what I wanted and while making me feel like a giant waste of her time. For example, out of many many concentrates from more than 6 brands on the 3-$53 deal she simply grabbed 3 of the same brand from the back and asked āanything else?ā didnāt offer me the option to consider any of the other brands or strainsā¦(I must have been taking too much of her personal time bc when I brought it up she just continued to push the transaction along!) Thank god the previous transaction was one of the only products I could somewhat see on the shelf and select myself. I usually get my limit the law allows and then come back shortly after to do it again. This stuff isnāt cheap so forgive me for wanting to make sure my purchase is good⦠if the customers are a a hassle you shouldnāt be in customer service. If your products are constantly changing in quality and availability then be prepared to answer questions without copping an attitude. Tip: put up a clear written menu of offerings (like the tv screens at every other dispensary) or just Donāt make customers feel like an annoyance as theyāre trying to BUY YOUR STUFF. Aside from this one employee my review goes back to 5 stars which was the previous level of customer service I had...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is always great, and has been for years. like most of the dispensaries in Flagstaff northern Arizona has some of the nicest people in the world and the nicest among them work in dispensaries up here. Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, receptive, and very, very, very kind. I forget what this place used to be called. I think it used to be called bloom but either way they always have a ton of good sales and deceptively vast and large selection of everything despite the relatively small building.
The problem is and this goes for every dispensary Iāve been to, is the guarantee of their top shelf products from third-party vendors. 90% of the time I get whatās on sale and even if itās a little dry which it is usually not, I donāt really care because , I got it for dirt cheap. if Iām spending $60 on an eighth I want some kind of guarantee as far as moisture content. Iām not interested in the high THC numbers or whatever method is used to grow. I just want to ensure that whatever Iām getting feels like itās just been picked off of the flower and unfortunately, sometimes it is not. I use a Pax 3 flower vaporizer so itās even more critical when utilizing the vaporizing delivery method. Maybe I shouldāve stuck with the their in-house brand and the guy who showed me the selection of top shelf cannabis who I canāt remember his name I always like him very much. Heās the nicest guy and you could tell he is very experienced and I donāt blame him or this dispensary and I would never knock off points for that. I just wish that the third-party vendors who sell their stuff to these dispensaries would have better quality control. Maybe instead of putting your cannabis inside of a huge jar with a lot of empty air and space to dry it out you should vacuum seal it, or put it in a cannabis Ziploc bag with little air in it. Or maybe itās a mildew issue and it has to have some air. I donāt know but the rare times I have the extra cash to spend for top shelf product. I would like it to be somewhat of an experience or at least not be so so dry. While I am at it, Arizona should allow dispensaries to exchange items or return them if the product does not meet standards. I donāt know maybe Iāll contact the third-party and see what I can do. Or maybe Iāll just consume it and forget all about it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo my experience here was...umm...awful and awesome. First the good. Very clean and well organized dispensary. The staff was cool as well. They worked with me and the communication and problem solving skills were great. And the product, pretty good. Now for the bad.. Im from Tucson and have NEVER been to Sedona. I went to this dispensary for my VERY FIRST TIME today. But, when I got there, they told me that I was not a first time patient and I had been here before. I begged for them to investigate this issue and they continuously told me that I HAD TO HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE. They told me there was NO POSSIBLE WAY THEY HAD MY INFORMATION WITHOUT ME BEING THERE. I repetively said I have never been here. At first, the budtender insisted I was wrong and kinda gave me the cold shoulder, as if saying "I've heard this before, ur lying. What ur saying isn't possible. The systems don't talk to each other, we CANT have ur information from tucson. It just doesn't happen." Then....due to my repetitive urging of the issue, another coworker whispered in his ear "another associate has had the same issue". At that point, the tone of the cashier softened a little. He showed me on the screen my med card and purchases verified it was me. I asked him to look at the purchases. Once he did that, he saw it WAS IN TUCSON and not ONE PURCHASE in Sedona. From this point, the tone of the convo and the whole interaction made a 180 compared to me entering. Whatever the issue was, BLOOM....FIX IT. This is unacceptable. Ur system needs to be updated to where they DO ALL talk to each other. This experience was FRUSTRATING to say the least. U need to make sure ur employees don't, essentially, call u a liar to ur face, like they did me. To them, I just look like a scammer, I get it, but before being accusatory, ATTEMPT TO verify what I'm saying. Because of this situation, it caused a hold up in the line and just the vibe I was feeling after I stated the facts was very uncomfortable. Dont think ill be coming back to this dispensary. Very disheartening. Hopefully this note/"novel" will pique someone's interest and bring some resolution...
