We got the chilaquiles rojos (red salsa chilaquiles) and the breakfast burrito with sausage . The chilaquiles were delicious. The tortilla chips for the chilaquiles were crispy and that’s the way we liked them. The beef that came with the chilaquiles was just right and the eggs were made just the way we like them over medium. We can tell when the beans are canned and the beans that came with the chilaquiles plate were freshly made. 😋The breakfast burrito had egg, potato and sausage. That burrito was so good!! 😋 I couldn’t finish the burrito because it was too big. The prices were reasonable especially because of the area. We went to 10 other restaurants while we were in Sedona and everyone is so overpriced!! I wish we would have found three friends earlier in our trip. The gentlemen working there were super nice and attentive! I recommend you try them while in Sedona. Also, they have plenty of parking on both sides of the restaurant. Most restaurants we went to had...

I have been here before and don't remember the food being so disappointing. I'm not sure if they have a different cook or cutting back. It seems like the portions have change significantly. When you're paying $5 per enchilada you hoping get a decent amount of chicken in it. I think you get more chicken in Chipotle than I did here. Our food was so disappointing super greasy and chincy on chicken. My knife could barely cut through the corn tortilla of the enchilada without tearing it apart. Spent $45 on a three chicken mole enchilada plate, two chicken moles enchiladas and a chicken burrito$13 w no sides (burro). We did get our order to go but that shouldn't change their standards unless they feel it's okay to take advantage of customers with to go orders. I guess I'll be going elsewhere for now on. Adios tres amigos!

On a positive note their chips were yummy and salsa was good. They were super friendly when being greeted and entering...

The best mole chicken enchiladas and green chili chicken enchiladas!! We dined at Tres Amigos twice during our short stay in Sedona because the food was so good here. The atmosphere is casual and low key, but don’t let that fool you. This is fresh delicious and high quality cooking with family recipes that have been honed to perfection. We ordered at the counter and then sat at a table to wait for our food. The waiter immediately brought us water, took our orders for drinks, and set down a small platter of chips and salsa, which were delicious, and a short time later, brought our food. Oh my, the enchiladas! I just can’t say enough about how tasty they were and how the flavors will live in my memory. The mole was extra special. We spoke to one of the owners and they confirmed that it’s a treasured family recipe. All in all we feel that this place is a gem and will please any foodie wanting to experience...

Located right off of Route 89A, this was a popular Mexican American eatery. This was not a sit down full service place as you have to place your order at the counter and the staff will bring your order to your table. We tried the Al pastor (a bit on the greedy side, but quite good), carnitas (tender and tasty) and the carne asada (dry and chewy) tacos. We had a combo plate that came with two tacos and small amount of rice & beans, which by the way were excellent. And the hot sauce (salsa picante for the tacos) here was very spicy and very good. Two tacos costed $10 at $5 each and the plate costed $16, which I felt the extra $6 for the rice & beans was on the high side. The taco choices here were limited to those popular amongst Americans, thus you won’t find Cabezas, nor Lenguas, two of my favorites. The service was friendly and very quick. There were parkings on both side of the building.

This place was recommended to us from the staff at Crescent Moon Ranch. We didn't know what to expect. Well when you enter you walk up to the counter and order off the menu. You are then given a number and you sit at any table you want. They brought out the drinks we ordered, waters and free chips and salsa. We ordered the 3 green enchilada plate with rice and beans and a pastor taco. My wife ordered the trio, which was a beef burro, steak taco, and an enchilada served with rice and beans. The food was so flavorful and well presented. The pastor taco was full of flavor. By far the best thing I ordered. After we were done we had a chance to speak to the owner Reynado. He talked pride in what he makes and will not serve anything sub par. If it's not to your liking he will re make it. We live 2.5 hours away but we will make the drive back to eat here again.

Starting where I was, this place was pretty close, so that helped with my choice of coming here. Not to mention the rating here on The Google. I sat at the bar both times I ate here. First time, I ordered Negra Modelo and The Asada Plate. The complimentary chips are really good, and the salsa is nice too. The beer, refreshing, and the plate of carne was pretty good, nice mild spices, not too picante and came with tortillas, frijoles, and rice. I did notice that chilequillas was on the menu, so I made it a point to get this on a subsequent day. It was one of the best chilequillas I've ever had. With the red sauce, great flavor! The service was excellent and no complaints at all.
