bealls — Local services in Sedona

Everyone once in awhile you can find a cute outfit but the employees at the Sedona location are atrocious. They have some of the nastiest attitudes I have ever seen in retail business. The old women will yell at you in line and give you the biggest attitude in the world if you don't hear them say something or if you ask for help. One of the old ladies at checkout made a woman cry in line- she screamed at the woman and said that "We [the customers] shouldn't be in a hurry when we go into Bealls" since apparently the employees have no idea how to do their jobs. They will scream at you and tell you to shut up and say things with the ugliest tone inflections. I hope corporate sees this and recognizes that their employees are abusive to customers. These people act like criminals. I almost called the police once because of how irate the checkout worker was. Terrible people. It's too bad too since some of the merchandise is...

The staff is nice enough but literally The only thing Worth going there for is kitchen supplies... The shoes are awful and all too skinny no wide fits and all of the clothes are freaking ugly for women... Disgusting patterns I don't know what these corporations are doing but it's definitely not selling..... Like the only thing you can find in the men's sections is Izod or Columbia.... And no extra large sizes for men's in any of the jackets hardly.... I've been going here off and on for years and I have literally never spent probably more than 15 bucks because of such crap.... Along with Goodwill and all the other retail stores I don't know what they're puking up with these prices and disgusting designs...... But...

I only rate this a 1 because “Andrea” gave us bad customer service, she gave us attitude and was literally yelling at her employees it’s not the first time she’s gave us bad service it’s like the 3rd time. it’s understandable if she was having a bad day… but after three times of coming and seeing this lady with her grumpy ole face, not a single smile and just rushing customers and yelling at her employees makes shopping at bealls a bad experience (I don’t know who she thinks she is to be embarrassing employees in front of costumers) .. on the other side the other lady linda and the young boy did a great job, always polite and make me feel welcomed🥰 please talk to Andrea. Even Employees seem like they can’t...
