First time coming to this store and honestly it was the worse experience I have ever had at a store let alone one that I’ve never been in before. Felt discriminated and falsely accused of stealing. The security guard that was there (6/29) clearly saw myself , partner, and baby speaking with the salesman. As soon as we stepped out of the store he was already following us , my partner noticed he was calling us so we turned around thinking he was going to give us more info for the glasses we drove an hour to look for . We turned around just for this disrespectful security to snatch our bags without even asking for them and started looking through them. While he snatched our bags from my partner he dropped one on the floor , didn’t even apologize or care to see what he had broken, I had bought Prada and Gucci cologne for myself and partner. This security guard broke my Prada cologne. If the manager of this store could be nice to reach out that would be appreciated. This security guard could had asked for the bags and without a problem we could had showed it to him instead of them being snatched and in the moment him breaking my cologne. This is unacceptable we were the only Hispanic couples looking around with the salesman and were the only ones being stopped to be searched just because he thought we took something , when all the shelves we looked at with the salesman were full no missing...
Read moreBought 2 pairs of sunglasses a pair for me and my husband before I made a purchase I asked the manager about the warranty she said if you notice anything wrong within 90 days you can return them or exchange them well after 1 month my husband had noticed a light scratch on his left lens which is very difficult to see . you can only see in certain light at a certain angle , so he wanted to replace them ,we took our receipt to Arundel mills sunglass hut showed them the glasses they said they would not exchange the glasses I explained that they were purchased that way and we just noticed the imperfection the clerk said we would have to pay half the price of the glasses to get them replaced, I explained to the clerk that before I purchased anything I asked the manager about the warranty , she said they had stopped that 90 day warranty , so she called her manager she said she didn't remember telling us that and we will have to pay again . I explained that we already spent over 300.00 dollars with them and replied that is there policy and there is nothing she could or would do. I will never step foot in another sunglass hut again . I would think twice before spending your hard earned money on high end glasses at a place that lies to your face to make a sale , I will chalk it up to a lesson learn . Read moreUPDATE: Originally, I was really happy with my purchase. I called ahead for the RayBan Metas, I was told they had multiple pairs, and they would set aside one for me. I arrived with my brother, a full-time glasses wearer, who suggested that I try on a pair before buying them. The guy I was working with at SH gave me a pair of standard size meta glasses to try on, which fit perfectly. However when I got home and opened the box I realize they sold me the large size glasses which don't fit at all. They 100% pulled a switchoroni on me with a $300+ pair of glasses. Watch out for this store.
