Live! Center Stage — Attraction in Severn

Last weeken fruday night. Went up to casino thats near my house to have a drink and get sushi. I had the worst experience ive ever experienced at any business. The valetparking guy stole my parking money. I gave him the $10.00 to park the car because no one was at the window at the time. I have live casino card valet parking membership. We had to call security when it was time to pick up my vehicle. They I wanted me to pay another 10.00 to get my car out of valet. The security and valet window person "told me that the valet guy went home and that he prabley "thought it was a tip from me, instead of the parking fee moneys payment. "I responded with "why would i pay a tip in the amount the exact SAME cost for me to park my car with the valet ? "WHEN I HAVENT PICKED UP MY CAR YET? "She responded "with some big ballers do that thou"🤨 Well i guess " I wasnt a big baller per si then. "I ask for someone who in charge to come to check the cameras. Security came. But, He didn't check the cameras to see if the valet persontook my money.. But he instead...proceeded to try to intimate me and patronize me by given me his card and "said he was going to take care of the parking fee this this time, but this was a one time CURSORY. Then "saying This was curiosity from HIM and" It wont happen again. Then Security Manager, "says the card isnt in your name . No it isnt. Its my girls name. They told me when i signed up for at the desk that it dudt matter which one of us using the card. Because me and my girl are a item. The security Manager then stsrts to asert his authority because i think i deserve a better customer service. He "says! You need to get your own card so you wont have any more ISSUES from you ive already "told 20 people not go up to live. I Will continue to tell my vast assortment of friends and family and colleges NOT TO PATRONIZE LIVE CONSINO. They tried to make me feel like a lyer and a Theft! with there unsympathetic, Non professional, patronizing wrong treatment. Maybe ...this occured because Im...

I hate to say this but I have been to a many casinos in my life(for enjoyment really) I hadn't been to this casino in about, I know at least for years or longer. I visited there when they first open and couple of times with in the first year or two. I must say this is the worst casino I have been in. I ve been to Midway, Dover Downs, Vegas and Atlantic city(we use to vacation there alot and I know what you're thinking ) when you go to any of the casinos I mentioned above, upon entering them all you hear is the sounds of people winning. All kinds of bells going off and all types of excitement but when you go to Maryland Live you hear nothing, no bells, no excitement.

You see no happy people because everyone is losing. The slots were tight when we first went and I expected that being a new casino. The other times we went same thing. The people back then were excited because the had just got a new casino to the area. NOw every one walks around like a casino zombie looking to see what machine my have the golden ticket. In my recent visit I could count on one hand how many times people won big on their machines and Oh someone did win the casinos jackpot but that was to be expected on a Saturday afternoon and who has ever been to a casino during the day on the weekend and it wasn't hopping? Also they took out the buffet! What casino don't have a buffet and why did they remove it? I advise anyone who is planning a trip there......

I normally come here at least 1 once every month. The place is very nice in decor & clean, just watch out for a few steps as you walk in. It's more like a night to club setting with plenty of seats and small round tables. Their is a small walk up bar that offer free bottle water (small bottles). The draft beer, bottle beer or mix drinks is your average night club prices. They a really big stage. So wherever you sit you can see the stage. Plus the venue is created like a small concert arena Thursday nights are the best nights for me to go; because they have a lot free concert shows. Some are tribute bands that are always really good.
