Live! Hotel — Hotel in Severn

Hotel was clean....the cleaning staff was accommodating and the lady was nice. At check in the lady told us check out time was 12, I ask her was she sure because usually it was 11, she replied 12. So I arranged my transportation base on that. It's 11. Wrong info caused big inconvenience when ya paying damn near 300/night right info about the hotel should be included. The rooms are nice on 20th floor. **If you are a slot player who has played in nice casinos you will quickly learn that these machines@ Live are old and refurbished. First night a technician had to be called to 5 different machines I was playing..(5 I swear).. I thought I was being pranked. I realized these machines are very old....none NONE! of the newer games you find at Vegas,Hollywood,Ms, other big casinos. I recommend hotel but the casino is garbage so please use your discretion and bet low...that was the only way I recouped my money. No pool No...

Y'all this hotel is my new favorite 🤩 first of all the view is gorgeous 🥰 and the room is beautiful. They left no stone unturned. From the attention to detail on the toilet paper to the toiletries on the bathroom counter they thought of everything!!! The bathroom even has a rug!!! The room was clean, it smelled amazing, the bed was perfectly made and the bathroom shower has a bench!!! Y'all know we enjoyed that shower 😘😍🫣 the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and professional!! The parking is free in a garage that leads straight into the hotel and to the casino!!!

I will start by saying the staff is incredibly friendly and engaging. They will help you with whatever your needs. That said, the room itself was a little bit underwhelming. I've been to cheaper hotels with more amenities than here. Bring your own food because the food there is way too overly priced. The room looked good when I entered but with only a kerueg that was dirty with leftover coffee grounds, I couldn't get any hot water. There was no microwave to heat any food. When I took a shower, there was still drawings from previous occupants on the glass from the steam. They lost trust in cleanliness after that. The shower gels and things smell terrible 😕 Overall I won't be staying there again, I'd rather get a cheaper place right around there and then drive to the casino...
