Arundel Mills Corporate Park — Attraction in Severn

Area clean outside. Building easy to locate and plenty of close Handicap parking at the front entrance. Very clean inside also; digital directory to your immediate right as soon as you enter. Practices clearly marked. Emergency exits easy to spot ( which I feel is very important). The entire office building is well lit. Entrance into as well as exit from building are easy to navigate. Very close and convenient to the entrance and exit of Arundel Mills Blvd. & Rte 100 and just across the road from Arundel Mills Mall. Traveling from the Glen Burnie area it is approximately a 10-15 minute commute in early afternoon traffic (in good weather). Considering all the positives, I believe there are three issues that may need to be addressed which could help their day-to-day operation run smoothly and patients much more appreciative: Posting a Security Guard at the front door may help make the employees feel more secure and could also assist patients and their family members locate their desired practice/office quicker (both saving time so these patients aren’t late for their appointments as well as helping the office staff and doctors stay on schedule-even 5 minutes makes a difference when you could be waiting for 5-10 patients-throughout the day to arrive for their scheduled times, 5x5=25 minutes or 5x10=50 minutes of interrupted/wasted time for the Physician(s) and their associates)! Next issue…on the elevator most people would press #1 for the first floor believing this to be the floor they entered the elevator from; there is a ⭐️ Star symbol beside the #2 (for 2nd floor) but will everyone know this is indicating the 2nd floor is the correct floor to use to take them to the exit? Probably not! Lastly, is there a possibility the office building (perhaps from rent or lease monies) would be able to purchase a nominal (? 3-4 ?) number of wheelchairs to be kept at the front entrance (with the Security Guard) for patient use while in the building? Possibly chained-up after office hours, permanently labeled across the back indicating to whom they belong and maybe even signed-out by the patient using it and signed as returned when it is brought back to the Security Guard? Without this process, they could “walk”! Unfortunately!! If I could make one more suggestion please?? People come in different sizes, maybe one of the wheelchairs could also? I’m referring to One (1) Obese wheelchair? There may be a possibility of having these wheelchairs donated by a Civic Organization, a Goodwill store, maybe a donation from a community group or community member, funds from a 50-50 raffle, or another type of Fundraiser??!! Its a real nice mall that has the Live Casino and hotel connected to it. There are plenty of stores that will appeal to every age and gender from Best Buy, Under Armor, Five Below, Books A Million and for the outdoor enthusiasts Bass Pro Shop. There are plenty of restaurants throughout the mall including the food court to please even the pickiest of eaters: Burger King, Wacaholic, Subway, Zen Burger, Chevys and Buffalo Wild Wings. If you desire an upscale restaurant, Maryland Live Casino has at least 5-10 to choose from including the Cheesecake Factory. The mall is always clean and has more than enough parking. The mall parking lot does get full during the holidays but to avoid that the casino has free parking in their parking garage for the use of casino patrons as well as the mall patrons. Outside the mall itself there are quite a few additional restaurants: Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Mcdonalds and Wendys. To top it off, there is a Medieval Times Castle and Cinemark movie theater where you can see movies in 3d, Imax and Dbox seating. I've been a patron of the mall for over 2 decades and highly recommend it o er going to their rival...
