Maryland Live Sports Bar has great screens to watch sports on BUT, in the last two weeks their servers have been lazy! Two Sundays in a row watching the Raven games both servers took forever to take our order and bring our food. Many times I had to get up from my seat and go to the bar and ask for what I wanted. Yesterday, the server said they were out of ice tea and she would have to make it. Then, she said she was out of it! Finally, her boss came over and asked us our needs. We received after awhile a pitcher of ice tea! Yesterday the server overlooked us and waited on other people! I believe from my observation the sports bar is under staffed though yesterday more people were at the home game then at the bar. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?! I find younger workers not able to care for their customers and want good tips! They do not know the value of customer service. My boyfriend was perturbed with the lack of professional service and stated he would never go back. Well, that puts a big dent in enjoying sports there as we'll go someplace else to watch the game and enjoy good service. For the Boss who runs the Sports Bar, you really need to re-organize and run this place ten times better to satisfy your customers. I used to work in food service and your place is lacking in customer satisfaction. I would fire both those young ladies and get someone in there who wants to hustle and make great tips! I am totally disgusted with your lack of help. Or, maybe you really do not care...

Came here with my friend and my brother who was visiting from out of town. Service was horrible!!! 1 waitress was going off shift. The remaining waitress said she would be with us and literally never came to our table but waited on the table next to us all night. We watched a whole nfl game plus some and never was waited on, not one time. I went to the bar and waited for a long time to order drinks and food and my brother also went to the bar to order his food. My brother ordered first but his food never came until I mentioned it to a manager who it seemed was putting in my brother's order for the first time. My food came out and it was decent although most ofl the chips for my dip fell before they got to me so that had to be replaced. When my brother's burger came it was barely room temperature. A cold burger is really disappointing, not tasty, and unacceptable. I am a consistently good tipper and enjoyed myself the last time I went there so I expect good service. I tipped 20% that night because that's just who I am and what I do. But I was horrified because I wanted to show my brother a good time and he was really unhappy with his experience. We all were. We were not compensated for any of our waiting, poor service, or our subpar food. I went with a group of co-workers for a happy hour on 1/16/25 and had a horrible experience. There was some confusion about how many people were coming and we asked to sit in the same area, but we're quickly met with ride employees. The server (Kia) told us we could only do a check each table, not for each person, which was reasonable and we agreed, but two minutes later, the extremely rude manager, Leonard Hudson, stormed over telling us the same thing about the checks in a very rude tone and attitude. We were confused because we already politely told the server that the check situation (1 per table) was perfectly fine with us. It settled down until they brought out our check which had items not at happy hour price because we were sat early (3:56) even though they don't open until 4. The waitress immediately had an answer without thinking because she was trying to be shady. We asked for the check to be fixed and the manager looked at the check shaking his head right in front of us. We ended up getting charged regular price for a pretzel which was a happy hour item, but didn't end up catching that one. To top it all off, my co-worker checked their account and the waitress added an awesome 40% tip when their check was clearly marked as 20% and hoped nobody would notice. Avoid at all cost. Mcdonalds has better customer service and is less shady...
