Totally cool place to stop by for gamers or anyone who is interested in this area.The staff is extremely helpful and are very excited about what they do. I was greeted by Zach and he went over and beyond to guide me and help me make the right decisions for the Nintendo Switch games for my 7year old. Also, Andrew (guy with the beautiful accent) was there that night. They both were over the top sellers,cool,friendly workers who were very efficient and educated about the games they offer....I went back the next night to get 2 more games and met Matt 😀 he was totally cool as well.These guys are amazing,they even told me that the other guy I haven't met was Pat when I asked about the staff and we laughed and talked. So for all those bad reviews about dont go here and blah blah..😒 if you have your underwear stuck up your * then you're the one creating a problem. Other than that the staff here are trained well and are very knowledgeable about what they do and are never rude and if you call to the point rude or being fast.Hey,thats just Zach, which I noticed.He's a sales rep,what do you expect? I spent a good 15minutes in the store smiling all the way out the door straight home to how pleased I was for a first timer which they didnt even know....

Just went there to get my new ps4 1tb for $320. The guy working there was really cool and helpful. You could tell he really knew his stuff. We also liked that he didn't hover over us or try to pressure us to get anything. We asked him some questions about the ps4's they had and he answered all the questions we asked and then told us he would get the ps4 we wanted whenever we were ready. We looked at some of the games and talked over which ps4 we thought would be best. Whenever we made our decision and picked out our games we went and told him and he got it for us. We had thought about finding one on Craigslist but decided it would be worth a little extra money to know we were getting a good system and that we also had a warranty if something went wrong. Disorganized for a release of Call of Duty Black Ops 4. My son saved his money and preordered it, I received a call while I was out so we stopped in on the way home and waited in line. There was an employee handing out posters and when I asked about a poster for my son she asked if I had a yellow sticker on my receipt, I said the receipt is with my wife at home that I was out when we received the call. I had noticed some folks getting 2 posters, so I asked if she could give my son one as I went in to pay for the game, she said when I show her the receipt. I had notices that she asked what group number as people approached and gave them a poster without seeing a recept. I came out with my recept within 6 minutes and asked for a poster to which she replied, "we are all out". You would think a company like Gamestop would have enough posters to at least cover the preorders. Very disappointed for my son....
