Healthy Balance Meals — Restaurant in Sevierville

This is a really nice place. The one who served me was one of the owners, I believe. He was very kind and helpful. I was in a hurry when I visited, which is unfortunate because I would have liked to have been able to take my time there. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. I would have liked to have been able to have relaxed and eaten my food there, instead of getting it to go. I am glad they have the to go option, however. I look forward to going back and taking my time to really experience the place. One interesting tidbit about this restaurant: they provide large portions of frozen soups and things that you can purchase to take home to store for serving later. This is a wonderful feature for those who want to eat healthily and homemade, but don't have time. I inadvertently got to experience this aspect of their services. The to-go item I bought from them was soup, but I didn't get a chance to eat it because I got lost and ran out of time getting to where I was going. So, I put it in the freezer for later. It was fantastic when weeks later, I was exhausted and needed something to eat and it was right there waiting in the freezer. Fast, homemade, delicious, and didn't mess...

So after driving by this place for the last few years and now I'm trying to get back into shape and eat cleaner and healthy. I figured I would give them a try and let me tell you I discovered my new favorite spot to eat I have eaten here the last 5 days in a row. The food is filling especially the soups. Let me tell you the taco soup with the lean turkey is my favorite. But I have tried 7 different things from here so far and they are spot on. And the folks running the place there are so friendly. Had a conversation for alittle bit with them today and it was if we had new each other for sometime. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are local and have never given them a try. And if your a tourist I highly recommend trying them. They offer dine in also takeout and you can order off doordash. Highly Highly recommend this...

What a nice little place, welcome change after not eating so healthy all week on vacation in Pigeon Forge. Small family run sandwich shop with extras: super nice people, small about 6-8 tables, cater mostly to local carry out, delivery, and weekday lunch breaks, but had fresh tea and canned and bottled drinks for dining in. when I first walked in the door the wonderful smell of fresh white chicken chili let me know we found something good. Great hot soups and panini's plus cold sandwiches and salads. They also make fresh entrees that they freeze into individual or family size "TV dinners". After we ate we had to order another set of sandwiches for lunch tomorrow, and a couple family size frozen dinners. They are feeding is for the next few days, glad...
