I booked an appointment for February 4th, in December. I was really looking forward to going to this salon, as I have heard good things. I booked my appointment online as the website said to do, I got an immediate confirmation. Then the week before my appointment I received an email AND phone msg asking me to confirm, which I did both times. Then the night before my appointment, I got a phone call telling me that there was a problem with the booking and they actually double booked, and they offered me another appointment, the following week in the morning. I said I can only do afternoon times, she said they didn’t have any coming up, but it was fine, she would keep me in this time spot and she could move the other person. She said to come to the appointment like normal and that everything was fine. About 2 hours later at 8pm, I received an email telling me my appointment was canceled and I had a voicemail telling me, that they were sorry but the other person booked their appointment before me, so my spot was being canceled and I could call at a later time to make a new appointment. I am really not happy with how this was handled. If this person actually booked the spot before me, that was well over a month ago, you couldn’t see that you were double booked sooner? I am just really bummed, I’ve been looking forward to this...

Best salon experience ever!! I decided I wanted a change with my hair, and that I am done box dying it, using harsh products, etc. And so I booked an appointment with Madison (who thankfully had a last minute opening yesterday) for a balayage and haircut. When I came in I had super dark cool toned brown box dye in my hair (twice over) with purple peek-a-boo stripes that I did myself. I explained to Madison that I want to slowly go lighter by doing a balayage and eventually want to grow my natural color out. I showed her pictures of things I've done with my hair, and pictures of my ideal hair. She was so understanding and very detailed in explaining what she felt would be best for me to do in order to get me to where I want to be. She took 5 hours of her day to work with me and do a balayage with foils, a deep condition hair cut, bang trim, and I left feeling so confident and with some awesome hair products as well. And to make it even better, I felt like I was just chatting with a friend the whole time, because she was so laid back and friendly. I already booked my next appointment with her, I cant wait!! I have always been hopeless when it comes to hair and makeup. When I started going here a year or so ago I had not had a haircut or trim in about 10 years. I had just had a baby so I was feeling not so great about myself and wanted to change my look. Brittany was absolutely awesome with me. She helped me figure out a look that would work for me without compromising my (practically blind) vision. Over the course of the year she helped me feel more and more comfortable taking care of and styling my hair and gave me a series of amazing hair cuts from bangs to finally chopping off a good 2 feet of hair. She was always so sweet to me even when I was being a real Debbie Downer. The price is incredibly reasonable for how knowledgeable and professional the hair stylists are. I liked these guys so much that I brought my 2 year old son here to get his first haircut. Hailey did an awesome job with him and was so patient through all his wiggling and meltdowns.
