I wish I could give 0 stars. Potential customers beware! I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment (as my confirmation email instructed). I walked in and waited for Dolores to finish cashing out a customer. She told me I could take a seat in her chair, so I did. The customer left and Dolores spent several minutes on her phone. She sanitized her hands, came over to the chair and asked if I was getting my brows tinted. I politely said I was just getting a brow shaping. She said okay, walked away and went back to her phone for several more minutes....?? When she returned, she did not sanitize her hands. Even if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, phones are dirty! Dolores didn't ask me about shape or anything just proceeded to apply the wax. A long time customer came out from a treatment room and Dolores was very very friendly to her. She tweezed a hair or two from my brows and then said I was done....she didn't hand me a mirror so I could look at them to make sure I was satisfied. I walked over to the counter, she told me what I owed and then put my receipt on the counter. No thank you, no have a good day, not.a.word. Maybe she was having an off day, but honestly if you have a business that is customer service oriented you should be professional enough to not let your customers know it. I'll certainly be taking my...
Read moreWould give zero stars if possible. I've been a loyal customer at Blush for years now, and I just come in to get my eyebrows waxed. Lord have mercy. Delores just can't seem to ever come on time. For the last year, she usually comes a few minutes late, which is understandable but gets tiring after a while. Today (Wednesday, March 26), I came to get my eyebrows waxed. I came a minute or two early, and the receptionist, who is always so nice to me, told me they have notified Delores of my arrival, and she will be coming to proceed with my eyebrow appointment shortly. I wait. A lady got done with her message, and I heard Delores go down the stairs, and I assumed she was coming to do my eyebrows, but no, she went back upstairs, and I could hear her chatting with who I could assume was either a client or a work colleague. 15 mins!!! And I'm still waiting, and I was planning on notifying the receptionist, but she was not at the front desk, so I walked out. Unprofessional and embarrassing are what come to mind when I think of Blush Spa now. Delores seems to prioritize other clients for whatever reason and seems not to care at all about the appointment times. Luckily, after I walked out I booked a last-minute eyebrow appointment with Christina at Sweet Soul Beauty Bar. Which I would recommend anyone to check out!...
Read moreMy group of 5 and I visited Blush a Day spa as one of our day activities during our weekend trip to Sonoma. Because of our party size, we opted for the spa party and I'm really glad we did. Each of us had a treatment - ranging from detox massage and milk honey scrub to healing arnica massage and herbal detox body wrap - and as we alternated services (2 individuals would at the same time for an hour), the rest of us would relax, chit-chat, play with tarot cards and enjoy the provided hors d'oeuvres and champagne. Dolores (owner) and Tara are professionals in their craft. Personally, I had Dolores for my treatment and truly enjoyed my time with her. She was knowledgeable, warm, kind & professional and I felt ten times lighter after spending a hour with her. Tara received similar raving reviews from the group as well. Too bad we live on the east coast or else we'd book weekly treatments and massages. We had a wonderful time and can't thank Dolores and Tara for welcoming us. Do yourself a favor and book an...
