DJ Custom Audio — Attraction in South Gate

I went in a few months ago for a full install in my car , amps door speakers subs , everything , and it sounded good when I left , I was impressed, I was like dam this shop really did it , they really made me happy, later from time to time , I’ll hear weird things with the sub , I was like mmmhhh maybe it’s the song or just a bumpy ride , then recently just yesterday my door speakers will cut off , when the bass was kicking too hard and I was like mmmhh was it to much power , I pulled over to check it out and I pulled off the material that covers the wires , just to see the ground to the sub was lose , it was just barely hanging , not even tight at all , I started checking all the wires and most of them where lose , I open the door speakers and notice that my cross overs where not even installed , if my car didn’t need them , i think the correct thing was to notify me and give them to me , there was a lot of things that really bother me all around the car , the wires , i mean it’s good stuff but maybe the installer saw it as too much work and just wanted to finish and rushed threw my car , which sucks because i bought a full audio system , paid cash and man I’m just like disappointed, I trusted these guys , and the installer , bro I know it’s not your car but atleast pretend it is , don’t be a hater , I just spend all morning , fixing everything myself , I don’t want nothing to do with you guys because all you guys are gonna do is maybe mess with something else , this is consider as bad...

I have already done business with a major stereo shop near by and had received the worst experience. I say that because after doing business with AJ here at DJ Custom Audio, I can see what an actual pleasent shopping experience is. He provided professional and knowledgable assistance in regards to fixing the horrible job the other shop did. He rewired my 2018 camry that was destroyed by the other shop and provided the professional dash kit and JL audio 6x9 components all around. It looks and sounds amazing and I am so glad I came here because now I know how much I was over charged by the other shop . Again thank you AJ you will see me again soo

Wow I can’t believe ima be leaving a bad review now the top one was when I got eu product and I’ve Ben going to them for about 4 years and everything and alex told me he will back up all my Products with life time warranty and tbh all the years I’ve Ben going here it was true I would bring my amp or my speakers 🔊 because they would blow out and he would change them for me no problem and the one amp I bout it’s a alpine 1500 and it blown out and now he doesn’t not want to help me at all I spent thousands of Dollars here and Evan be out my whole family get there car worked on here now I can sadly say don’t go there no more and they just lost one of there most loyal...
