I gave this place many chances. But I have to give them 1 star. This nail salon is very close to where I live, so it's very convenient to want to go here to get my nails/feet done. ** side note I have never had an issue with any of my pedicures.

I have been here four times to get my nails done and EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been major issues.

The first time I wanted gel x. The nail tech looked slightly confused, so I asked if she knew how to do them and she said yes. She struggled to put the nail tips on which I didn't think anything of at first. Then my nails started popping off two days later. I went to a better nail salon to have a brand new set put on cause umm what.

My third time. An older lady nail tech burned me with the nail drill multiple times during the take off process of my old nails. When I would tell her she's hurting me, she did nothing about it. She moved fast and then cut my pinky finger with the drill, my finger started bleeding immediately and the pain was terrible. But because she still had to get the nails off, she wrapped my finger in foil. Then dipped my finger with an open wound in acetone...... the pain........ she kept apologizing but still. Why are you rushing to get these nails off. Yes, it's tedious and can be lengthy but that's a part of the process. She cared nothing about customer service. And throughout the remainder of that visit I wanted simple nails. There is nothing wrong with that. What I don't like is the nail tech trying to run up your bill to make you spend more. By constantly telling you "you should do this and do this it'll look better". All the while she's trying to get your bill higher.

My last and FINAL time to ever go to this salon occurred today. I showed the male nail tech a reference photo. I lost count of the amount of times I said "I want these" "this is what I want" for him to act completely clueless as to what I was getting done. He deviated so far away from the reference photo. Applying colors that are no where in the photo. I made him take off the acrylic he applied cause no this is not what this picture looks like. Then the design is poorly done. The reference pic has 3D art. I couldn't even tell you what kind of design he did to my nails. They look nothing like the picture. Yet again I have to go to another salon at some other time to get the nails done CORRECTLY. As I have a wedding to be in and these nails are not cute. Sad thing is that I mentioned I have a wedding and he still gave me these crap nails. Anyways there are much better nail salons in the city. So this one will...

I recently saw a post about a nail salon and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The salon itself was beautiful and had a bar, so I was excited to become a regular customer. However, things didn't go well. The front desk administrator was friendly and welcoming, but I was assigned to a nail technician at the back of the salon who didn't seem to know much about nail styles.

When I asked for "red bottom nails," she didn't understand what I meant, which was a warning sign for me. Instead, she suggested I get a French tip and said that would be my type...what???, which was not what I wanted at all. I decided to leave without getting any service because it seemed like the technician didn't have the expertise I was looking for. I didn't want to risk getting subpar service, so I went to another nail salon instead.

At every nail salon, there's always. that one person that really don't know how to do nails, but of course they're giving her a chance to practice. I just. can't afford that. I'm very picky and I don't need to be getting upset with anybody. So I can't review their service because I didn't receive any but a very beautiful...

I came here a month ago and all seemed well. Good reviews and good vibe. I had a woman do my feet and a bald male do my full set. My pedicure as okay. I didn’t realize until later that she didn’t fill the acrylic she filed off my toe so one broke off that same night and the other the next week. For my hands, the guy over filed so much I had to ask him to stop because it hurt and now a month later when getting the set removed I saw just how much he over filed. There’s dents in every single one of my nails and my left pinky nail completely broke off. I got them soaked off and take good care of my nails so it was not my nails. So now I’m wondering if losing my nail had anything to do with the application. The guy also thought it would be okay to flirt with my friend and I. Although joking, it went on through the whole service. I want to give 3 stars but I can’t. My nails will be ruined...
