To Owner/ General Manager: On 8/28/25 we purchased a queen bed, HB, FB, RLS, 2 chest, 2 NS plus $200.00 for delivery and set up totalling $3851.95 ticket # 97372. Delivery for Sat 9/6/25. On Friday 9/5 we removed our California King BR suite so room would be clear for new furniture as instructed by our sales lady, Tori Murphree. Ms Tori was Excellent and we have no complaints with her customer service and sells. The 1 star is because of the delivery. The 2 men especially Draco, had an attitude when they arrived at our home. They were rude and unprofessional. They refused to treat our home with care. We have top of the line vinyl wood flooring that can easily be marred. I was putting felt protectors on the post of the head board while they went out bringing in other furniture and was told by Draco that I couldn't do that while they were in home because it would delay them. It would have to be done once furniture was set up and they were gone. I assured them it would not delay them. He calls warehouse manager, Kyle and told him I was delaying them and Kyle said to remove furniture from home and bring back to warehouse. I was simply protecting Royal Furniture and us from thousands of dollars in damages to repair our floor from them scooting furniture across our floor and scratching the floor. We were told our furniture would not be redelivered until Tuesday 9/9 and that they would send out a different crew to deliver the furniture. We have decided we did not want their warehouse crew back in our home and picking up ourselves. So now we are inconvenience in having to sleep upstairs, our clothes out of our dresser, having to go by store to pick up paperwork so we can pick up our furniture that we paid for on 8/28. Tori said she could not compensate us for our inconvenience but could only remove delivery charge. We would appreciate your quick resolve and response on this manner while we consider our options. The sale associate Sabrina Is the worst person do deal with. She is lacking Communication skills, people skill, etc. placed my order with her on August 3 and itās now August 13. I was told it would be delivered that following Thursday, but it was not. A lady name Linda call me and said my reference needed to be verified. So she verified them, and said your sales person didnāt inform you this had to be done . I said no. (Which she did not tell me) Linda gave me the number to the warehouse, so I called and they informed me that my order was never placed. The gave no record of it. So they told me to call my sales person. So I sent her a text and she said it will be delivered On the 13 which is today. So around 10 today I call the warehouse and asked was it a delivery for me today. She said itās not for today, but we received the order, and the foot bench we do not have. I said when would the person thatās buying this would be inform of this. She said my sales person should have told me. So I went to royal and canceled my order. No one there even apologized.
