Good Earth Markets — Attraction in Spanish Fork

I came in because I was so tired of my sons chronic cough this season. He’s asthmatic and gets triggered every year with the inversion. I wasn’t about to take him to the doctor to get prescribed stuff that never really ends up working and is a short term fix anyway. If I’m going to spend $ anymore it won’t be with big Pharma. Anyway… by the grace of God I met this wonderful lady by the name of Rachel who also had Asthma as a child. We spoke for 30 minutes and I took her recommendations home to try on my child. I didn’t care how much things were and I bought the product that was better quality. Let me tell you, I would have paid over double the amount just knowing it would help my child. I noticed a huge difference within hours. I’ve been consistent with what she suggested for the last 5 days. His cough is completely gone. His throat clearing is to a minimum. He has more energy and can play with his friends, he’s in a better mood and isn’t self conscience about coughing all the time at school. This has been LIFE CHANGING. I am extremely grateful for Rachel and her being there to help guide me, a desperate mother, to help my child. I like buying synergy drinks here. The price isn't too bad and there are many different flavors. They even have larger sized bottles for around $6. Good Earth carries more flavors than Walmart or smith's. Walmart does carry a 6 pack that is cheaper but only comes with trilogy, ginger berry and ginger aid. Good Earth is great for buying bulk items. I usually buy nutritional yeast here since it's in bulk and cheaper than buying in containers. Some items can be pricey and if that's the case I buy on Amazon or from mountain rose herbs. Good Earth is great though for making a quick local purchase for herbs and supplements especially if you don't want to wait for shipping. Dr. Christopher's herb shop in Springville is where I go for harder to find herbs if Good Earth doesn't carry them. They can be found online for half price some times if you don't mind waiting for shipping. The customer service is good and the employees are pretty attentive and...

I'm truly disgusted with the customer service from their manager Leslie at the Spanish Fork store! The card reader was not functioning so we needed Leslie's help to check out. The cashier tried to get her attention but she was to busy talking with a male customer about personal business. I personally asked her for some help, she quickly ended her conversation, walked over to me, pointed her finger in my face and stated she was, "HELPING another customer, just like you." I was taken back by her rudeness, particularly from a manager. I told her I was surprised how rude she was by pointing her finger in my face. She then said her feelings were hurt and accused me of yelling at her???? I will NEVER shop at the Spanish Fork location again!!! I will drive to the Orem store where their entire staff know how to be professional, particularly their managers. If I could rate this store negative...
