Theatre experience is not bad at all. This review is experience based on experience so I will compare to AMC in Downtown Spokane. What brought me here for a movie at the beginning of August was a $15 in the mail from my Grandma for my birthday. Although I have a premiere membership for $15/yr with AMC, the movie was on my Grandma and since my Grandma is really getting towards her final years, nothing beats her love for her Grandson. As for the experience, the crew, Joseph especially was friendly. Him and I did talk a little at length when he was scanning my mobile ticket. The concessions crew was reasonably friendly too. I came to watch Caught Up In Hollywood in #9. The theatre was clean and the seats were reasonable for the price. For a once in awhile comer to Regal, I skipped the ticket line because I ordered the movie online. And the concessions line was really short. Even when I was getting a popcorn refill halfway through the movie, it was reasonably short and the others in line were friendly too along with the staff. As for why I prefer AMC over Regal, the soda dispenser and the butter are on the Guest's side whereas here they're on concession's side. You can only refill soda once. Whereas AMC, you can refill as many times as you want to get through the movie. Both Regal and AMC however you can only refill your popcorn once. Regal you have a limit to how much butter is in your popcorn. At AMC, you can butter the hell out of it if you wish. Also, there is a processing fee to book your movie online, AMC also has this but with the premiere membership, it's waived. There is also a shorter line with the Premiere and A-List membership. And you earn 100% of your purchase back in rewards towards a $5 credit (100 pts/dollar and 5000 for the $5 credit). As for Regal however, the credits can be redeemed towards free movies and concessions and it is 100% of the purchase too on the free membership. Also it is a 20 minute walk from my place here. As someone who does not have a car, that is a plus. For AMC, it is a short bus ride downtown. Overall, AMC is my home theatre but Regal is still very reasonable to go see a movie at once in awhile. That is the reason I give this place 5 stars.

I go here often and I am on their rewards program that really isn't much of a reward. You might get a small popcorn, a small soda or what they call a free movie screening that isn't really free. They need to up the rewards for spending so much money. Popcorn is cheap and so is soda so make it a large at least and don't charge a fee for what is labeled as a free movie. So I don't try or go as much as I used to to get pretty cheesy rewards. Do better Regal....

Love this place. Employees are always pleasant, plenty of parking and good popcorn. Tuesday is our date night with movies being only $6 with the app. It certainly beats out taco 🌮 Tuesday !! The employees here are exceptional I chose Spokane Valley over the Regal in downtown although the downtown seats are awesome the staff here in Spokane Valley R exceptional

So I have LITERALLY left the house for my entertainment like four times since my son was born a year ago. of course my entertainment pretty much always includes the family but anyways, we all went out to guardians of the galaxy tonight i have not been to the movie theater in years. My daughtr, Son-n-law, myself and the boys (my 1 year old son and 1 year old grandson) of course. We had not even got past the previews and an usher was telling us they were receiving complaints about the boys (they were not being that loud) and they can basically shut up or we can leave (the usher was actually pretty polite about it) BOOM of course I am mad and they know it. So we decide screw it we will just leave. So they are telling us we will get a full refund and free tickets to another time. Thats really not my issue because well yeah my baby can be a turd but I just dont do things with out my family so more tickets to another movie with jerks that are gonna get mad some babies interfere with the previews dont really excite me. We had bottles ready to give them when the movie actually started. It was previews several people were talking no big deal whatever. So I am at the car putting my son in his car seat when Zack comes out and tells me the movie theater has an empty theater and we can have a private theater to watch the movie. So we got the theater to ourselves. Just let the babies go crazy and I chased up and down the theater while we watched the the movie lol. So BIG THANKS to Regal Cinemas 12 in the spokane valley mall for turning a potentially bad night into a great night...

Pretty disappointed. Went there today on a whim with my 5 year old daughter. Never been there before. It was a matinee and I ask the guy at the door if it would be faster to purchase my tickets at the kiosk or online and he rambles on about not trusting technology. So I got in line at concession to purchase since only one person ahead of me. We stood there for 35 mins before we finally got our tickets and a popcorn. By the time we got into the movie it had already started about 20 or so minutes into it. Not to mention the seats were very sticky and gross. We ended up leaving because my daughter was sad we missed the beginning. 😒 I would also like to mention the prices at concession. I was going to purchase the double combo deal (2 popcorn, 2 soda, 2 candy) but each drink I walked for they were out of. We wanted caffeine free since my daughter is 5. When I asked if I could switch one of the drinks out for a Gatorade in the cooler they said no. Which I feel they should’ve honored due to the circumstances of them being out of the only two caffeine free drinks on the fountain machine. So I opted in for popcorn and two candies and I was going to purchase ONE Gatorade. When I realized the Gatorade was $6.30. 😵‍💫🤯… I asked what the price difference was if I had gotten the two combo deal vs what I was buying and he said $1 difference. Mind you I was only getting one popcorn, two candies, 1 drink VERSUS 2 popcorn, two sodas, 2 candies. Prices were ridiculous. Still upset that we missed the first 20 mins of the movie because we were waiting in line. Waste of our time...
