I have never experienced such a horrible shopping experience. I love the selection of items in this store & the overall friendliness of the manager & associates but I was so upset with an associate there today. I had gone up to check out & there were 2 employees behind the counter. One of them looked at me while I was approaching the counter. I went to the only open register and placed my items neatly on the counter & had taken off the hangers to make it easier & quicker for the sales associate. The same associate, his name is Beau, looked at me again, still not acknowledging me, walked over and turned the register light off that I was waiting at. He said in his headset to another associate, "You forgot to close down your register." & giggled. He then moved to a different register and opened it. Looked over at the lady who was in line behind me to come to his register. I waited for a few more minutes while he was helping her checkout and still not being acknowledged, placed all of my items back in my cart and moved behind the lady to wait again. I waited for another 5 minutes and then a different associate, the store coordinator, John S, told me "I can help you on register one." The same register I had waited at for over 5 minutes and had moved from after being so rudely overlooked by Beau. I then moved BACK to that register and placed everything back on the counter and checked out. Afterwards I asked John what the mans name was. He said "Beau. Is there something I can help you with?" I told him I was going to fill out the survey because I was very unhappy and needed Beau's name to do so. I explained how I had been waiting and looked at by Beau multiple times without being acknowledged at all. John said "I'm sorry. That was my fault because I didn't see you." No, it was completely Beau who had been so rude and ignorant. John had no fault in this. I would have appreciated if I had been told the register I had been waiting at was no longer open and that he would help me at a different one. Instead he said nothing & helped the person waiting behind me. Or if Beau had simply said I would be helped shortly, I would have been just fine with waiting. Very very...
Read moreThe management talking about their thieves in front of paying regulars, is a POOR "PROFESSIONAL" you should never take an employees time from any customer! While I was standing and waiting for help, she was taking up the employees time to gossip while I waited for them to ask me what I needed, she seemed bothered that her gossip was interrupted once I had to ask them for assistance on a price check. They could use some retraining or the store could use a male manager who could handle the high volume of thieves! This store needs help. Maybe even a secirity guard to keep the customers safe by warding off the...
Read moreWant to love it here based on variety, quirkiness, and prices but watched a manager watch as two employees tried to manage the line wrapped through the isle and around to the perfume section. They didn't help at all. Another employee left to start hanging clothes up even tho the line was 15+ deep. Another one was organizing Christmas display by the line. Another over by beauty. Get some cashiers. It's a common topic that people hate TJs checkout lines because the store clearly doesn't care. It's not like this in other states. Get it together. I watched two people leave their carts with items...
