I went in in person to file very important forms and the woman behind the desk looked me in the WINDOWS OF MY SOUL and said that legally documented wills have no outcome or affect on the distributions of the possessions of someone after they die and refused to take my notarized and official will. And then proceeded to give me a paper with a link to a website that does not work about an irrelevant concept.

Had a few questions, and stood in the customer service line ; the lady that helped us twice was beyond rude and acted as if she was put out by helping us and let us know we were wrong a few times. I was already there filing a case that isn't a happy one an I wasn't in a foul mood ?! So why should the person whom works there an is supposed to help because that is their job , be so demeaning ? The clerks in this office are unethical as can be. They make it as difficult as possible to file documents and even get necessary paperwork; however, Clinton L. Low Jr. Can walk in there and have Christine Peterson (same office as Ms. Robson in room 200) literally grab his parenting plan documents from him and fill it out for him because he grew up with Leah.
