My husband came in and wanted to buy a clothing item but wasn’t sure it would fit me. The owner told him she would hold it for him until we came in later the next day. She put his name on it and took his phone number. We went in at the time my husband had told her and she said oh sorry I actually sold it. Really disappointed with the customer service we received as we really enjoyed shopping there...
