I was waiting for the framing shop to open this morning, so I stopped into Prairie Dog Merc to look around. I have been on the lookout for a higher quality food for my pups, and I had a feeling PDM would have a good selection. They did indeed. I looked at the brands and started googling them to try determine the quality. At that point, the young women working the counter came up and asked if I had questions. And retrain your employees on how to convey information. And if that was the owner who said it then definitely not...
