I went into the Ben Bridge store at the Spokane River Park Mall to have a necklace repaired. All of the customer service reps were busy with other customers. Although I was in the store for over 5 minutes not a single employee acknowledged my existence. I didn't expect the reps to stop working with the customers they were with, but to at least acknowledge I was in the store. As I left I remarked to one of the reps, who had her back to me but had seen me enter, that it would have been basic customer service for one of them to at least acknowledged I was there. The rep neither turned around while I talked to her nor responded to my complaint. Terrible, terrible...

Havivah and Alex were amazing about checking each ring in advance and letting me know of loose stones. I was able to have my rings repaired and back to me in only about a week. Upon returning to pick up the repaired rings, I was offered another cleaning and also got a complimentary holiday stuffed bear that was very cute. I'd follow the instructions the ben bridge automated system provided for the care plans, but would never hear back from the company that I was supposed to ship my ring set to. I called the closest store, spokane location, for help, and Havivah was amazing. I had to drive 2 hours to get my set inspected, but Havivah made it super quick and painless.
