If you're planning a visit to the awe-inspiring Zion National Park, look no further than SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springdale for an unforgettable stay. This hidden gem offers a truly remarkable experience that seamlessly blends modern comfort with the breathtaking beauty of nature. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the courteous and efficient staff. The check-in process was smooth, and we immediately felt at home in the inviting lobby with its rustic decor and stunning views of the surrounding cliffs. The rooms at SpringHill Suites were spacious, elegantly appointed, and impeccably clean. The plush beds and premium bedding ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the wonders of Zion National Park. The well-designed suites offered a separate living area, adding an extra touch of comfort and convenience. What sets SpringHill Suites apart is its unbeatable location. Situated just a stone's throw away from the entrance of Zion National Park, the hotel provides easy access to the park's most popular hiking trails and scenic spots. Waking up to the sun rising over the majestic red cliffs was an experience that words simply cannot do justice. The hotel amenities were top-notch. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a refreshing oasis to unwind in the warm afternoons. We also enjoyed the fitness center, which was equipped with modern exercise machines to keep up with our workout routines. The complimentary breakfast was an absolute delight. With a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot and savory items, it provided the perfect start to our day of exploration. The hotel's onsite restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, serving delectable dishes with a focus on local flavors. Moreover, the staff's local knowledge was invaluable. They eagerly assisted us in planning our daily adventures, recommending lesser-known trails and viewpoints that turned out to be the highlights of our trip. In conclusion, our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springdale Zion National Park was simply unforgettable. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and the surreal beauty of the natural surroundings made it a truly remarkable experience. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, an adventure seeker, or simply in need of a peaceful retreat, this hotel is the perfect choice for your Zion National Park getaway. We cannot wait to return for another blissful stay in this little slice of paradise.

I would give this place 5 stars because the location is absolutely gorgeous, however they could definitely hire more professional staff. The kitchen staff was extremely kind, but when it came to checking in & maintenance - Jodi and Andrea were absolutely HORRIBLE at their hired positions…. Problem resolution is at an all time low here, I cannot even fathom how they were hired, andrea was short tempered right as we walked through the doors to check in and even though we gave her all the information that she needed to check us in - there were somehow still difficulties with serious attitude thrown in there. She was also very unprofessional with her verbiage and communication skills, to make things worse “the manager” laughed at me over the phone as I called to tell them about my tub not draining and neither was my sink… The grimy shower water filled the tub up halfway and I had to wade through my shower, apparently this is not an issue to them as per reviews I have read several other people have had the same experience. She said that maintenance nor housekeeping reported an issue, I asked what she was implying by that and if they run the water long enough to even know that, she declined to answer. The only option that was given to me was to have maintenance come in to the room after we had just gotten the babies to sleep after a long road trip, which she was informed of and did not care about. I also told her about the issues we had with Andrea at the front desk and she explained to me that she was not rude …. lol. Needless to say I will definitely be speaking with whoever is above these two as soon as possible. My advice? Stay across the street at the hilton. Will not be returning and I will be letting all my local friends & associates know to stay away from this specific hotel. I feel like we were treated this way and given a bad room because we used points, do the employees here not know how you get points? I don’t understand, we are elite members, this has been by far the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced in my life. Below are pictures of the sink and tub, oh and in reference to the way the black hair coming from the drain, we all have blonde hair 🤮🤢

Admittedly as a Lifetime Platinum member of Marriott's loyalty program I was a bit skeptical on booking this place because I thought it may skimp on amenities, service and quality of furnishings. But we were pleasantly surprised to the degree of "niceness" of this hotel. Rooms were spacious and appointed with West Elm furniture. Spacious kitchenette area with good size mini fridge, counter, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Unlike other hotel brands that skimp out on providing 2 K-pods for your entire stay, this hotel gave us a generous 6 pods per day! Housekeeping service was daily and impeccable (although we expected them to do every other day). Breakfast was complimentary and was always fresh - eggs were cage free and they rotated the breakfast meat option from turkey, chicken and pork sausages or patties. Greens, fresh salsa, shredded cheese as well as fresh breads, muffins, scones, waffles, oatmeal and granola really rounded up the great breakfast. And tons of coffee urns available 24 hours a day! Best part of the breakfast was the breathtaking views from the dining area (see photo attached)! Location was impeccable! 5 minute drive maximum to the entry of Zion National Park and right in the smack middle of town of Springdale. We walked everywhere to lounges, restaurants, tour shops, and markets. The Springdale line shuttle to Zion stopped conveniently right in front of the hotel on the main road. Only "complication" was parking as it can get competitive but enough spaces for everyone provided you are willing to park a bit around the hotel to the sides or backside. But multiple entry and exit points to the hotel rooms made it super easy. Hotel has a nice outdoor pool and spa although we didn't use it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone exploring the Zion park. The last thing you want to worry about is where you're staying. We'd happily stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location and Springdale is extremely expensive for moderate level hotel. Expect to pay top dollar (over $400 plus tax for a basic room). In addition, you will be charged to park at the hotel, which I was not informed of at check in. I reserved two standard rooms for two nights and the bill totaled over $1800. Hotel staff were not helpful and sort of lazy. In addition to not being told about the parking fee, the ice machine was broken on the first floor and the note failed to include where else in the hotel you could get ice. Turns out it was on a different floor. There were dirty linens were out in the hallway in front of the room next to mine for an entire 24 hour period. In addition, one of the men who worked at the front desk was rude. In our profile, we request extra pillows, and they were not in the room. When I asked about them, I was told we have some but you have come get them. The room definitely showed signs of wear- shredded window shade and major blemishes on the desk. The pool bath house was filthy. There were also signs of wear in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, and plenty of options that include protein. And the view from the main lobby was beautiful. Many of the rooms didn’t have similar views and were dark.

I had been wanting to stay in this hotel for a long time! So, I wanted to plan a trip when it was still off season because it's less expensive, Zion would be less crowded and the weather isn't too hot for all the hikes. I wasn't expecting to be put into a mobility accessible room... mostly because I don't need it and I was worried that I would be taking it from a guest that actually needed it. :-( I don't know if I booked that type of room on accident or what happened, but it threw me off mentally from a five star review. I didn't get a great vibe from the desk attendant and he didn't ask if I needed that type of room and I didn't know what type of room it was, until I got in it. The room was nice, but it was a bit dark as far as lighting. Because it's accessible, which you can see in the photos, it has a lot of large spaces which make sense for anyone needing space for their wheelchair or just if you like a lot of open space. It was nice to have the coffee. The breakfast wasn't bad considering that we still were in Covid times. There was quite a bit of variety, of packaged food that you could take, so I'm sure it's great when it's the hot breakfast buffet. The outdoor area looks nice and would be great in warmer weather!
