A group of me and my friends came in. Everything was great up until we got our checks. Bc we were all separate, we didn’t realize that the checks were wrong for some of us. Two people got the same thing and their totals were different. Everyone was charged a card fee of 3.8% but after calculating later on it ended up being more than 3.8%. Not sure why my drink was $22 just bc it was served in a glass skull. It was next to another drink that came with a flask that was also $22 so I assumed the skull glass was included (which it wasn’t). I would have gotten something cheaper bc I really don’t care what glass its served in. With all the taxes and fees and included tip on the bill , my total came out to over $30. Drink was amazing but not worth over $30. When me and my friend went back in to get the glass bc I forgot to take it the bartender laughed and just said no. It was pretty rude and made us uncomfortable. I also witnessed another whole group get completely forgotten about and after like 15 minutes they came in to ask what’s going on. The bartender didn’t tell the server that anyone was outside so she didn’t know. She was also the only server in this whole place. Drinks are good but service can be better. Also being transparent about having a card fee when a lot of...

We visited Cowboys & Angels on June 1, 2025, drawn in by the nice terrace and positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to expectations.
Service was extremely poor — we waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized throughout. Nobody took a moment to check in or ask how we were doing. It felt like they didn’t have time or simply didn’t care.
The drinks (a beer and a cocktail) were just okay — nothing special — and while the place was clean and the outdoor seating was pleasant, that alone doesn’t make up for the lack of service.
To make things worse, I asked to pay in cash but was told I had to use a card just to place the order. The bill also stated that card payments add a 3.5% fee — yet even if I paid in cash, that fee would still be charged. It felt misleading and unfair.
We left feeling disappointed and let down. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend Cowboys & Angels to others. There are better places in Springdale where guests are treated with more attention and...

We really loved our visits to this craft cocktail bar. The drinks are on the expensive side but the room is great and you're a stone's throw from Zion National Park. The bartenders were good. And we would go back next time we are in town. HOWEVER, we would bring cash to avoid the 3.5% fee for using a credit card. This is ridiculous to me when probably 90% of their business is in credit cards! They should charge more to cover overhead like cc processing fees or give a discount to cash paid bills. Also, unless you get a seat at the bar, there's no service. Not a big deal, I can wait in line and stand at the bar, order my own drinks, and deliver drinks, cocktail napkins, water, and snacks to my table, but I'm absolutely offended when there's an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill after I've done everything except make the drink and ring it up on the cash register. Apparently, you can avoid the automatic gratuity if you pay for your drinks and don't leave your tab open. Hope this helps others to save a few dollars...
