A friend gave me a ticket for the Ice Palace Maze, me and my 3 yrs old daughter was so delighted that we can go. It was on January 20, at 5 pm. I have to add the date and time of this review because I want to thank all the staff who works on that time. They go above and beyond their job, it was organized, they are continously sanitizing and all the staff are very friendly even they have a mask on, you can tell they are smiling. Special mention to the gentleman who is assigned on the ice slide. Thank you for helping my daughter to go on the slide! You are such a wonderful young man. Kudos! The overall experience was amazing, I feel the event is safe and fun. Thank you The Zephyr Theater! You have the best team/ staff! Highly recommended for families with...

Went to the Zephyr tonight to cerebrate our wedding anniversary. welcomed initially with kindness which lead to dismissal, criticism and feedback of being needed to remain seated for the rest of the performance. Will not be back. If you are in a nursing home, deaf, embolized and can't participate or respond, this is the place for you!!!! Going to event that performs music by Elton John and Billy Jo should be observed with lack emotion and lack enthusiasm. I won't be back until I am in a nursing home and in a wheel chair. Good Luck Zephyr! I thought you were something great in...
