Lowell Park — Attraction in Stillwater

Always a great place to take a walk, bike, fish, sit, or whatever. Just off main street. So go eat, get some treats or get food and eat by river. Walk out onto the lift bridge. There is a place to even take gondola rides out onto river. They even do rides under the stars. Also many shops just a block away. So can make it a all day event. What a fun day at the World Snow Sculpting Championship in downtown Stillwater today. 12 different countries were competing in this event. Were the people's best choice was México: Team Colima with Pok-Ta-Pok ( The Ball Game ). They definitely did an amazing job. ¡Bravo México! 🇲🇽💓👏👏👏

Always a thrill to visit Lowell Park in the heart of historic Stillwater, MN, on the waterfront of the St. Croix River. Great views of the gazebo and lift bridge with walking and biking trails. Especially fun during the annual World Snow Sculpting Championship each January or during rising waters in spring. Good parking options with many bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance....
