Had a pretty bad experience in “The Cave” We were figuring the room out, however things weren’t working at all. I made a comment and the employee came in and well one part a “big” part of the escape wasn’t set up properly. So he fixed that, okay not cool, but okay things happen. We continue on, figuring things out and well another part of the escape, not set up… Now I’m quite upset we are here and paid over $160 to do an escape room and we are figuring out what we were supposed to do and the room isn’t set up! What in the world. This company does one thing here…. Escape rooms and it isn’t even set up. Also when you ask for a clue it gives clues to things that you have already solved, seems outdated especially if the kids working are watching the groups do these… Who sets them up? I tried calling the business multiple times for questions (left messages and never heard back from them). We did the room called the Cave which required the use of headlamps. The headlamps did not work. We asked multiple times for new working ones and never recieved a response. We asked multiple times for clues since we couldnt see what we needed to do and the clues we received were for things we had already completed so it was not helpful. The manager said sorry they forgot to charge the lamps the night before. She was rude and defensive that we had an unpleasant experience and was not nice to us at all. When exiting the room the guy on duty “Tommy” gave me a card to call Monday morning 11/4 an said we would get a refund to do a do over of this night in a different room since it was a faulty room an not our fault we were not able to proceed further since motion detector wasn’t working... well Monday morning I called an STILL have not received a phone call back or anything!
