Horrible Customer Service especially the Manager Sarah…beware if you are a male and over 6’ (6’5” to be specific) I was fortunate to have multiple customers come to my defense after being harassed by this “manager”.
My daughter bought a bracelet, same day it broke, I went to ask for an exchange four days later…they told me I had to purchase a new one at cost, no exchanges!
They refused to honor my exchange request, fortunately after having security called on me and multiple customers come to my defense…my wife and mother in law visited Sarah (once again she threatens them with security) after they calmly asked for the returns policy in writing…
Ultimately, Sarah called the owners and despite her clear dissatisfaction, refunded our money…
This was my young daughter’s Christmas money (that she used to buy) a defective bracelet, things happen, there are going to be defective products but the way this store and manger handle the situation … they lost a long standing loyalty customer and several others that approached me that witnessed this entire display!
Horrible customer service and a horrible approach by store management, specific to Sarah!

Read moreI was one of the customers that was in the store when your customer, Peter came in to ask for an exchange of his daughters broken bracelet. He was calm and respectful to all of the employees, never once made a scene or was threatening in ANY manor that would have been appropriate to call security on him for. The employees at Becca Rose have always amazing, especially inclusive of the ASSISTANT manager, however your manager Sarah did a horrific job at diffusing the situation especially since she then told me “her employees were threatened and scared”. If that were the case the number one priority should have been to diffuse the situation which would have immediately been done by just exchanging the broken bracelet. I spoke up for Peter and Sarah was also rude and condescending to me. When I went out to speak to security on Peters behalf, she continued to be rude and dismissive. Sarah had the ability to fix the situation, she just didn’t want to and instead chose to make the entire situation worse by escalating every chance she had. That is NOT customer service and my husband and I were BOTH horrified as were several other customers that spoke to us outside of the store. We had nothing to Do with this and now we are left with such a bad taste...
Read moreSo I saw this shop yesterday during my visit to Mystic and my friend had told me about crystals and how it helps with manifestation. I figured I’d check it out. When I walked in, I was greeted by many comforting aromas of soaps and incense. There was quite a lot of eye candy! I loved looking at all of the iridescent crystals and zodiac items. As I was looking at the crystals trying to decide on my first one, one of the employees came over and showed me a cool way to pick out a crystal, which is basically holding your arm out and not letting them push it down while you hold the crystals to your chest. They helped me settle on an amethyst, and told me it’s a great starter crystal, and ironically, it’s also my birthstone! They explained how it helps with things like anxiety and other things, which definitely helped sell it for sure as I’m not only neurodivergent, but I also have anxiety. Wish I could remember their name but they were super nice and helpful! All the staff were! Besides all of the pretty crystals and other pleasant scents, they support artists, which is wonderful to see because I’m an artist myself! They have so many cute stickers and I ended up buying a wolf sticker along with my amethyst. I definitely wanna come here again!...
