I love this mall! I recently came here for my birthday to celebrate. A young lady at bath and body works was absolutely kind and help me find my type of scents, she was super kind I wish I could list her name. I was at Dillard's and a young lady there named Bonnie was absolutely kind and helpful! She gave me 3 samples because it was my birthday. She also gave us a lot of helpful tips about perfumes and colognes. But the only reason why I gave a bad review about this is because I was at Petland and a man they're help me get a booth to pet a puppy named Tuna. He was adorable and we were going to adopt him for our own but we didn't get to. The man there was very quick with the cleaning but a woman they're was absolutely disrespectful. I asked her to get me Tuna but she rolled her eyes and said "Give me a minute" and walked away, I waited for her patiently but never came back. When I saw her I went up to her to get me Tuna but she walked past me. I was absolutely disgusted by her. But I asked the man and he helped me immediately with kindness. He gave us a lot of tips about Tuna and gave us informative facts about the breed of Tuna. I asked him a few questions and he answered them immediately with kindness unlike the lady who I asked for help. But I have a bad feeling that Petland doesn't take care of there dogs. When I petted Tuna and played with him under his fur he felt boney and skinny, almost unhealthy. He also looked scared. It reminds me over the summer I went to Petland with my family, my Mother fell in love with a puppy named Horizon. When my mother picked her up she was shaking, crying and was exhausted. We were going to adopt her but she was 5300. Way....to much money I can assure you we can get a dog way much cheaper. Petland take care of your dogs and feed them food.
Food court, they're aren't many options to pick from but the Japanese food place we went to was quick with the meal I have bought. But when I was sitting down and eating they're was two children unattended by theye parents. The whole time the kids we're screaming random words and when they're parents came back and settled down to eat the kids staring at us like little weirdos. And they're parents we're super loud aswell and I could barely hear what my Father was talking about because of the family next to us. I can see where those grimly kids get that big mouth from.
But I did go to Build-a-bear and the workers there was helpful and kind, they'd help us get our little voice in my bear but they put it in backwards but it's ok. When they we're stuffing my bear one of the coworkers kept looking at me strange. I didn't mind it maybe they had a staring problem or something. The one thing I like about the coworkers there they all have a style that popped. But one of them there we're very helpful and kind.
The bathrooms were hard to find, and when I did find it, it was disgusting. Pee was all over the toilet seats and the floor was covered in toilet paper. The bathroom smelt disgusting and should have some air refreshers in it. They're were pooped smeared all over the inside the toilet and I gagged and teared up. They're were also no toilet paper in one of the stalls. And the sinks we're covered in water and soap. But in the sink it had werid residue lying inside that im sure that was not soap or anything else. I washed my hands and got out of that bathroom as quickly as I can. Come on clean your bathrooms. And ladies that previously used that bathrooms flush after yourself and it's not your home bathroom it's public and a lot of people used that after you so clean after yourself and don't leave bodily fluids on toilet seat.
And the railings on the second floor we're not sturdy at all and very dangerous, when I got out of the bathroom my father asked me to stand where he was and asked does that feel wobbly, mind you we were on the second floor and it felt shaky. It was very dangerous and yall should be careful on the second floor.
But besides that I had fun, also Petland take care of your pets, and get that...
Read moreThe store named “Takkra” deserves this one star. (They don’t have a google page… hmm wonder why.) It is UNBELIEVABLE how this store is still in operation. Their “sales” tactic is to chase you down and harass you until you take their free sample. Once you take it they then try to force you into their store saying “come on in lady, come on. just real quick, come on” and when you say NO they keep harassing you. I have witnessed them do this on multiple occasions. It is especially bad with their one employee who followed a man outside of the mall and tried to “flirt” with him to get her sale of the day. It is truly EMBARRASSING to watch. How this store stayed open for so long is beyond me. Also they have no one in their store after 6pm, leaving the doors open and lights on. Some days they even leave their store empty the entire day with no employees inside! The mall needs to rethink their lease with them, especially with the holiday season coming up. It does not help they are the first store on the right when you walk through the main entrance. It’s like they were purposefully put there to try and get you to be uncomfortable as soon as you enter.
The mall itself has had the same broken escalator for the past year and a half. How long does it take to fix it? Shouldn’t Takkras rent money have paid for a new one yet? Or maybe not because they make nothing in sales cause they scare everyone away !
Another thing to note is the kiosk stands selling dropped ship aliexpress items claiming that they “made” it themselves. What a bunch of bullshit liars. Not to mention the kiosk that sells the crocheted flowers sells fake labubus among other things passing it off as real. Such a shame the mall seems to allow just anyone to rent out their spaces nowadays.
The only good thing is their new Popmart vending machine, Kako Claw the claw machine store, Cinnabon, and Miniso. Other than that they need to fix a lot of things...

From the moment you arrive, you can tell that this isn’t just any mall—it’s an experience. The layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate even during busy times. The cleanliness is impeccable, and you can see the effort that goes into maintaining such a welcoming environment.
What sets South Park Mall apart is the variety of stores it offers. Whether you’re into high-end brands, trendy boutiques, or classic department stores, there’s something for everyone. I was particularly impressed with the selection of luxury retailers like Nordstrom and Louis Vuitton, balanced perfectly with popular favorites like Zara, H&M, and Bath & Body Works. The mix of options means I can always find exactly what I’m looking for, whether it’s a gift, a wardrobe upgrade, or something unique.
Beyond the shopping, the dining options are fantastic. The food court has a great mix of quick bites and healthier options, and there are also sit-down restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Maggiano’s for when you want a more relaxed meal. There’s even a Starbucks for those quick coffee breaks to keep you energized while exploring.
The mall also offers plenty of amenities that make the experience even better. The parking is ample and convenient, and there’s even valet service if you prefer. I appreciated the family-friendly touches, like the play area for kids, and the overall safety and comfort of the space made it enjoyable for everyone in my group.
South Park Mall isn’t just a shopping destination—it’s a place where you can spend the entire day. Whether you’re catching a movie, enjoying some amazing food, or indulging in retail therapy, it’s clear that this mall has thought of everything. I always leave feeling satisfied and looking forward to my next visit....
