I went into this like a lot of women, just wanting to stop shaving. I did the math to calculate the lifetime expense of shaving/waxing versus doing laser treatment, and concluded it made sense. I was initially under the impression during this decision making process that I’d have a set of six sessions and be done, but that actually turned out not to be a good understanding, because at one point after I signed on I was informed I’d likely need touch ups, so expect to buy more appointments. It threw my earlier math off but I decided I’d buy a second session anyway if necessary because I valued my time and really didn’t want to do any more grooming. So, I went every six weeks for two sets of sessions, taking time out of my work days and driving through traffic for a total of over a year, and you can see in my photo my result. I have maybe half of my hair gone? Other areas I had treated are similar. I never stopped having to shave the whole time, and continue to do so. My hair is medium brown and my skin is light, so I really thought I’d have better results. I’m significantly over budget and didn’t get what I wanted. I thought there would at least be a period of time when I could be done with shaving but that didn’t happen, and had I bought another set like I was being offered, conservatively the appointments would have dragged on for at least two years before I finished. Assuming the hair went away. At one point I was notified I had to tell my staff member to increase the intensity of the laser. I found this perplexing because how would a patient/customer with no experience with lasers know to tell the professional to adjust their machine? And didn’t the center keep track of my appointments and default to increasing the intensity based on that? Wasn’t that the whole plan communicated at the beginning? Honestly, I feel that responsibility should not have been mine. Anyway, $1,200 later I have given up and did not buy any more treatments. I’ll probably pay a little more but finish at my dermatologist’s office eventually. Customer service-wise, most of the staff were pretty good, but one or two of them could be pushy about getting me to buy other procedures. Which was kind of unpleasant. It was similar to the now-familiar experience women have of going to a salon for a haircut but being told they need their eye brows done too because they don’t look good. Just grabbing for additional business by making the customer self conscious. Not a fan. All in all, I’m not super in love with my experience. I mean, I guess you can give it a try, and maybe you will have more luck than I did, but. My year+ of appointments definitely doesn’t have me recommending this place, personally. Best of luck.

Do not waste your time and money. They give eight to nine sessions at a low cost to attract people, and then keep postponing your sessions, saying that they don't have enough staff. When you request money back they schedule the appointment with a newly joined employee who knows nothing about micro microneedling of laser. They use very old machines so you won't get the expected result. When you ask whats the reason I do not see any results of my skin. They say each person’s skin is different and you need more sessions. This is the common answer so do not believe this and buy more sessions. There are many good places in Texas. Hope this review will help you to decide. See the attached pictures of the old machines they use.

I paid a lot of money to get a hair removal. I went each time just like they said and followed all the things they said. I used all the appointments on my plan and all the ones they called ā€œtouch upā€ appointments. I still have hair. In all areas. I still shave; legs, bikini line… I told them it didn’t work. They said I could buy another round of treatments. Their only solution was pay us more money.. They were not going to do anything about the fact that their service didn’t work. They took my money and gave me nothing in return.

If I could I would give this place no stars at this point. I'm writing this review to bring awareness of certain practices of this company that needs a lot of attention. Some of these five star reviews come from customers who were asked to give reviews in return of getting a complementary service from the laser center. I do not recommend this place, please save yourself money, time, and energy and find another place. I was recommended this place by my family so I decided to purchase my first 6 sessions. Initially, I did see a difference in my hair shedding and experienced less hair growth. As of late that is not the case. Also initially, I got a concern with having a scar due to the treatment, however that was resolved professionally and so I was satisfied. As time went on with my treatments, many times I have noticed I would not get a reminder about my appointment by phone call. Sometimes I would and sometimes I wouldn't, the team at this place has not been consistent with reminders. Another thing I would say, this place is not good at keeping track of what areas you have gotten lasered and how many times. A few times I was told that some areas have already been done more than they were actually completed. I always kept track of that in case there is a miscount, which one shouldn't have to truly if everything is being tracked accurately by the team at the center. As of late my experience is not the same as it once was. I'm no longer shedding hair after my treatments and my hair growth is certainly not lessening either. Initially the machines produced hot sensation and now the machines produce a more cool sensation. Not sure if there connection with the different sensation being experienced as to why lessening of the hair is not happening or perhaps its just that the intensity of the machines are not kept as high as they once used to be. Moreover, each time you have an appointment, buying of another package is thrown at you whether it's hair laser removal or skin treatments, which is annoying and truly goes to show its really just about business and not serving what's in the best interest of the customer and or both parties. Obviously if hair growth is reduced people won't come back and there would be a reduction in business, so why not tell people that you will need more sessions to experience a substantial change, which is just not right. I do understand that in some cases hair growth on each individual varies and additional sessions maybe needed but you should be able to see good amount of improvement with a package or two however this is just taking someone's money and not delivering the results if the there is very minimal results. Such practices are just not ethical. Also by taking part in such a practice, word of mouth will spread, and the business will be reduced in the long run regardless of selling packages in such a way. Moreover, in one of my last few visits, there is a staff member, who was very unprofessional, made uncalled for comments about my hair growth ,my skin, and in general made comments about me which made me uncomfortable and were not needed. She sounded demanding when collecting payment. This place is just all about making money, and care for customer service is missing. I will definitely not be purchasing any service from here in the future and highly recommend...

Had come here with high hopes to get laser hair removal. I was told I was a good candidate with my hair color and skin tone. Unfortunately, it was a complete and utter waste of my time and money. I paid for 2 full body packages, (bought the second one towards the end of my first package). On my entire body, there was no change in hair growth. Like I never went. However, on my face (jaw, chin, neck) the hair growth has gotten WORSE by 100%. I never even HAD hair in most of these places, and where I did, it’s so much worse. Like, using an eyebrow/facial razor in the morning and it’s back by the evening. I have never been so uncomfortable in my own skin.

Horrible results and poor customer service too. I left atleast 1 of my appointments fighting tears. Several of my appointments, the technician completely skipped certain spots and when I let her know, she told me she did do those spots (definitely didn’t!) and then rolled her eyes when I insisted that she missed it. Also, it HURT. BAD. I was prepared for pain, I knew there is some pain and discomfort but the level of pain I was in was so bad I was flinching away and asking them to check the settings. During one of my appointments, the cooling bottle was EMPTY, and she switched it out towards the end of my appointment which explained the horrible pain. No acknowledgment about that epic failure to check prior to my appointment, or apology on being mean when I insisted I was in pain. The technicians would say things like ā€œdo you even want me to treat you or not??ā€ And sometimes held whatever part was being treated down to keep me from flinching involuntarily away. Also, one of my appointments, the laser thing wasn’t working and the technician literally kept having to BANG the hand held part against the main machine. She also stopped several times to complain that it was burning HER hand. I’m pretty sure that’s not what it’s supposed to do. I even asked if I should reschedule since it just seemed like the machine wasn’t working and overheating, but she said no and kept going on with her banging.

I also spoke with them several times about how I was seeing no results even after a majority of one whole package being completed. They kept telling me it was normal and it would all work out, and convinced me to pay for another full body session. Also told me I had less appointments left than I did, like they were counting appointments I had canceled (well before 24hours). overall, a horrible experience in every aspect. Pretty sure I still have like 2 treatments left that I never bothered going back for, though I doubt they would even honor them. They made me feel bad about myself, gaslit me on what my results were, and straight up ruined my face with the new growth. I’ve since scheduled to go elsewhere, and told them about my experience here and that I was skeptical for these reasons. They were shocked at what I experienced from prime laser. Looking back, I can’t believe I let it happen. If you’re thinking of going here, don’t bother. A horrible waste of time and money, you’ll see no results, oh, and they’ll make...
