Clean Juice — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I decided to try Clean Juice today for the first time. I must say this is my first and last time at this place! The lady with the head covering did not have a welcoming attitude at all!! Furthermore, my sandwich “The Cali” was burnt, which I noticed once I left the store. When I returned, I informed this same lady that the sandwich was burnt, she then asked me if it “tasted burnt” to which I replied “yes”. She informed me that she would remake it, which I could tell by her mannerisms that she was reluctant to do. In fact, if the owner looks at the camera, he/she will be able to tell she had a visible attitude while making my sandwich! The way she was THROWING the ingredients on the sandwich. When she gave me the “new” sandwich, I politely thanked her, and proceeded to leave and drive off. As I was driving, I noticed a rancid smell. Still, I decided to take a bite. I ALMOST THREW UP! Not only did it taste like she used spoiled ingredients, the sandwich looked like throw up. I immediately stopped at a store nearby to throw it away!!!!! I had to go to a different restaurant to get better food!! I am so disappointed! I did not even want to return to the store to complain! What a waste of money!!! The employee did not even want to hand me my sandwich the first time, she slid it towards me, it was so rude! I visited Clean Juice yesterday with my fiancé, hoping to enjoy a refreshing and healthy smoothie as usual. However, this time, my experience at this location left much to be desired due to the unprofessional behavior and lackluster customer service of two of the employees. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the aforementioned employees (short male with black hair & female wearing glasses) engaged in inappropriate flirtatious behavior, HE WAS EVEN WHISPERING IN HER EAR, and winking/smirking in a seductive fashion!!! They were completely neglecting their responsibilities. It was evident that their focus was on each other rather than attending to the customers. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive prompt service. To make matters worse, the male employee, who appeared to be the main culprit, didn’t even BOTHER to wash his hands before preparing my order. He seemed disinterested and appeared annoyed by my presence, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It is disappointing to be met with such a negative attitude when simply trying to enjoy a smoothie. Seriously, Clean Juice promotes itself as a health-conscious establishment, but the behavior of these two employees contradicted the image they try to portray and I have experienced first hand at other locations.
