Pinot's Palette — Attraction in Summit

My friend and I actually attended last night's event, Just After Sunset. Our instructor, Dalton, was friendly, patient and very energetic, however it is worth noting that the instructors will come around and correct your work if something doesn't look right-even if you do not request suggestions(i.e. make something straighter, do the leaves differently), and they are focused on actually teaching you techniques, so if that's not your thing go elsewhere. While I respect that they have a different approach here, I have been to similar events in the past, and it's just not what I am used to, so I felt really anxious. Although I do like my painting, it's hard to look at it without being reminded of the anxiety I experienced during the event. Also, the music was very loud, which made it hard to talk to one another. So I am glad I tried it, but it just wasn't right for me, so I wouldn't come...

I scheduled a wine and paint night at this location tonight at 7pm. l rushed to get ready. I showed up right on time. I was looking forward to this night all week. When I arrived I was confused. I showed up to find the doors locked and lights off.

When I looked at the reservation, it was for another pinto's palette 40 minutes away. When I called an explained the situation, the woman told me that we wouldn't be able to join that late and that we would not be issued credit. In addition, the woman on the phone was extremely condescending and rude. Horrible customer service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this response, especially because I spent $80 and got nothing out of it. Not going to book at this...

Thank you so much for such a nice night with my wife! Pinots has great classes and you walk out with a nice painting to hang in your home forever. Our instructor artist Dolton was great! He made it a blast! Its in a busy area so come early for parking :) I Got a phone call from Dolton right after the event that i left my jacket but we were too far and we live far away so He/the owners shipped it to me.
