Bar Method has been an amazing part of my life. It's an extremely effective workout, the instructors are extremely helpful and push you in the best way to grow and challenge yourself. Class really directs me to focus on my body, to pay attention to how each move feels and what I'm really doing with my body. The music, the instruction and the variety help clear my head of anything else that's been weighing on my mind, and for that hour I just get to focus on realizing my potential. It feels amazing to get through a set and realize what I just accomplished.
My body physically craves this class - if I don't do it for three days, I feel the urge to stretch my body and to challenge it. I've only been back a month and my whole body feels and looks better. Bar Method consults with doctors and physical therapists, and they have modifications for hip issues, shoulder issues, back issues, I've even seen prenatal classes offered by an instructor who is also an OBGYN.

I started in January 2017 to get in shape for my wedding this July and since then I have lost a little over 35 pounds, dropped 2 sizes, gained serious muscle tone, and feel amazing!
