Updates: I know you won't believe it, I made an error, wrong size..... Not to worry Rxxxxx and (sorry dude)! Mgr took care of the Wizard and his TW. Bonus!!!! New balance bags are great cat toys (Protip: remember cut the handles to avoid choking hazard)..... They did Gr8 job!!! New Balance shoes are a long time favorite of The Wizard. However, picky people can't always get the exotic colours/styles/comfort that they require. Then, we found ourselves here, and many needs/wants/desires were fulfilled. Shoes, clothing with a significant selection of styles and colours in the product they carry. Don't worry about finding stuff: big rows and attentive folk to help with your things. ProTip: They said that you can order items not in store stock. Potentially outrageous combos!

Had been today , the Black Friday. There were serpentine queues at many outlets. Wanted to check out on New Balance , and surprisingly there weren't many customers waiting outside the store though there were many inside . The range , quality and price of the Shoes cannot be matched by other major Footwear outlets . Not only was there a 50% markdown on the entire store , the Shoes were classy , trendy and new . The staff were helpful and quick Kudos to the Staff who tirelessly answer all . Used to be a regular to Adidas and Nike , but I find the prices at New Balance much less than what we pay elsewhere.

Today I went to make a purchase at the New Balance store in Sawgrass Mills Mall I had a gift card for a value of $96.28 when I got to pay the cashier asked me how much was the value of the gift card, I said I did not know. I was buying two pairs of tennis shoes for a value of $74.88 the cashier took the gift card and threw it behind the computer, I told him that I still had a balance, he said that the balance covered the purchase, when I showed him the receipt of the balance of the gift card he got scared and I had to talk to the store manager, I explained the situation, he apologized and gave me back the gift card with the balance, according to the receipt the cashier's name is Brandon. I specifically came to this store because of the great reviews. Sorry to say people LIE. I just spent an hour maybe more looking for walking/running shoes. I couldn't find the ones I wanted but tried others and put them all back in place. There was a guy doing what seemed to be inventory. Another lady walking around doing NOTHING! The only person who acknowledged me was the cashier when I walked in.

Not ONE PERSON approached me to ask if I needed help was a I was looking for something nothing. I was planning on getting a couple of pairs but the can't be bothered so the website might get my business. ...
