Worst experience I’ve had in a store. Only 2 employees one was at the register and the other looked confused walking around the store. Never bothered on asking if we needed help. Only time one of the came up to us was to say we needed to ask for the shoe size before trying it on. To me it made no sense of having them on the selves if you can’t try on, no assistance when I asked if I could see some boots in the size I needed them after waiting 20min I see he’s helping other people who just walking mean while I was still wraith. He didn’t come back with size I requested. I asked the second time and was told “wait I’ll be with you.” I ended up finding another style in my size on the shelves and bought my work boots. The store had signs all over of purchase 2 items get 20% off, 3items 30% off, 4items 40%off. At register the told me it didn’t apply to all the boots only to 2 models. I also picked out a soft shell jacket from a rack that had sign of $74. When I proceed to purchase and get my receipt turns out it was $115. They told me the sale didn’t apply to that jacket yet they had six of them on that rack. I told them that was false advertisement they proceed to tell me their manager left them a list of what’s on sale and that was not part of it but they didn’t have anywhere to put them so they put them on the sale rack. Went to the store, could not find any sales associates or employees working at the store it was literally vacant. Did the best on my own trying to find my sizes still had no one was completely ignored for 30 minutes then the first employee from the store that approached me only came to tell me that they were closing. I've never experienced anything like this in my life I was there for over 30 minutes trying to find someone I even asked out loud is anyone working here multiple times The first time I saw a sales associate a huge only came to inform me that they were closing like if I was bothering him. I don't know how these people keep their job or are getting paid to do absolutely nothing or the opposite of nothing they hide in the back of the store and ignore you for over half an hour when it was obvious that I needed help I even asked that multiple time does somebody work here is there an associate nobody in the store was being helped by...
