Jetski’s World Miami — Attraction in Surfside

A combination of bad weather and subpar service resulted in a less than spectacular experience; very different from what the other reviewers seem to have gotten. Since weather is outside the company’s control and me and my partner expected it I will not factor that into my review. My main issue is the fact our hour long session was cut short by 30 minutes and the employees made no efforts to reimburse or accommodate us around the weather. While on the topic of accommodation, a rude African American employee who yelled a lot made little effort to make the experience any bit of fun or exciting. I’d take my $300 elsewhere after this experience to be truthful. These days when tipping culture is already out of control I suggest everyone tip according to the quality of the service...

Just had an absolutely incredible experience with Jet Ski World Miami! From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch – seriously, 20/10! We had an amazing time me and my hubby!! It was a great deal for 1hr jet ski + 30mins boat ride with nice vibes 🎶 . They have a lovely team with great hospitality + a tour guide. We were picked up at the Epic Marina by Brickell Key. You get to ride around Miami Bay area it was a lot of fun to explore the area. I highly recommended them!
