South Biscayne Blvd has terrible traffic due to the commuter & EPIC traffic issues due to hotel guests, party people, restaurant guests & residents. Then add the Hyatt & Marriott guests, weddings, events & conferences. Added to the traffic nightmare caused by the Novikov restaurant at the MET1 building & their terrible valet parking, you will not be able to access or exit this building without massive delays & tons of frustration. ⛔In addition, the Novikov restaurant at the Met 1 is building a large nightclub on the mesanine floor & facing the Aston Martin Building. The Novikov has NO parking. This will add much more traffic, delays & congestion. ⛔Noise level will also be a problem as the night club windows face the Aston Martin Building. ⛔The building is negatively affecting the neighborhood as they are working almost 24x7 starting at 5am or 6am and working into the night. The construction site has blocked sidewalks and is destroying the standard of living in the area due to the noise pollution and the damage to the roads and the environment. The construction site continuously dumps liquids that include fuel and oil into the miami River. Additionally, the entrance and exit into this building will be an issue. This are is already very congested and it will be difficult to enter and exit this building in a car. Further, it is so close to the edge of the miami, that it will probably have flooding issues since this are always floods during heavy rains with high tides. During a hurricane it will definitely be an issue as the building is in a wind tunnel and it is on the edge...

Usually I don’t write reviews, but I feel like I need to in this case. Beautiful building and amenities, however, valet and door man (at least from the west lobby) were rude. I was leaving with a suitcase and some other things on my other hand, and the doorman just stood up watching me open the door with my feet, he didn’t even offer himself or smile, then once at the valet (the cashier, very nice lady) the guy who brought up the car, I ask him how much it was, and replied back as he was walking back to the podium saying “if you want to leave a tip, leave it with the cashier,” with a bad attitude.
