The building is unique on so many levels. The location is second to none. The amenities are excellent. The view from the gym makes every workout worth a million dollar. The staff are extremely professional and the building is kept in meticulous condition at all times. Residents are extremely friendly which is a rare commodity in Miami. You are also one block away from best restaurants in Miami like Zuma and Wolfgang to name a few. If you are too lazy to walk for one block (if you are then you should not live in Miami but I will leave this topic for another day) well its your lucky day as Novikov is literally in the same building. Oh and if you are a Real Madrid fan you are the luckiest person in America as the Met Square next door will host the first Real Madrid bar in the US right under 18 silverspot movie theaters. In no way should you purchase a condo here or rent here. The building is being completely mismanaged. I feel I have to speak out since I do not feel anyone should have to risk their investment dollars purchasing an apartment here. There have been numerous burst pipes, many many many units have flooded. And to make matters worse, management and the board of the homeowners association completly ignored these issues. In some cases drywall wasn't properly dryed by building maintenance leading to mold issues. As as of today the board decided to simply reduce your water pressure to fix the issue with old pipes, instead of replacing them, you can barely take a shower. The pool will take 2 years to complete at an astronomical cost to owners. the association ignored all attempts to reduce this cost and instead went with a firm which has no experience with pool repair. Please do not rent here. Management treats the tenants very poorly. On multiple occasions my spouse and I were treated disrespectfully. Management does not care if you move goes well, or if you have enough time, or when you have availability. We were bumped for no reason and told we couldn't move in for 10 days later! The manager NEVER answers her phone. It took 6 WEEKS just to be able to use the pool. They have the most ridiculous rules and are quick to FINE you large amounts of money. It is as if they people who escaped from Cuba miss Castro and his totalitarian rule. If you do move in, DO NOT forget to slam on your breaks the whole way down the parking lot or literally they may call you months later stating "someone with a pocket speedometer caught you going 9mph and you are being charge 100$."
