I would like to give my feedback and suggestions regarding the service provided by the hotel in the pool area, since the hotel is supposedly considered a 5-star hotel. Firstly, upon arriving at the pool area, we are not greeted or even noticed. The staff does not offer to set up the chair area or even bring towels. Guests need to set up their own chairs. The chairs are made of poor material, as are the towels. The towel that covers the chair is only solid at the top, making it vulnerable to blowing away in the wind. This happens in the first few minutes. The menu was not offered and when I checked it, I noticed that the options are few and poor. The fact that they serve business lunches in the pool area limits the space and privacy of guests. The rearrangement of the chairs was also inconveniently located in an area shaded by palm trees. The male attendants are extremely friendly, but the two female attendants, both the blonde and the brunette, are absolutely unfriendly and unhelpful. Once again, this does not befit a supposedly 5-star hotel....

High class beautiful hotel.rooms are beautifully done and spacious. Remarkable views of the ocean and down town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you ever wanted to splurge on a hotel this is the one to do it on. hotel has 2 pools on the 16th floor and a restaurant on the 16 floor so you can get drinks by the pool. The rooms all have balconies with chairs on them so you can sit and relax in privacy and watch the ships on the ocean or the hustle and bustle of down town. The hotel is smoker and let friendly and also provides valet parking. Once again I highly recommend...

It’s the third visit in three years to the Epic hotel and does not disappoint. An upgrade to a water view room and refurbished to a high standard.

The staff, in particular Donovan were really helpful and accommodated us and our 4 month old without any issues.

We used the valet parking on this occasion which again really easy and very reasonable compared with some of the arrive and park.

Okay so this isn’t situated in south beach but with the Hard Rock Cafe within walking distance and Bricknell only a monorail ride away, what more...
