Tampa Downtown Partnership — Attraction in Tampa

The administrative personnel are non-responsive, including the new CEO. A couple of their drivers are unprofessional. Solicit tips. They will drop you off in the pouring rain at a dangerous hub and then accuse you of false things because their algorithm is messed up and discriminate against you. The hubs that you have to wait for these rides. Many are dangerous and I don't recommend the service. Most of the drivers are great, except for two of them that are unprofessional along with the majority of their administrative staff who don't respond to their customers they seem only concerned about their funding from the government other than the betterment of the city which in this new service offering called dash it is subpar to the previous service which provided safe door-to-door service and equal access to everyone, including those with disabilities as opposed to waiting at dangerous hubs sometimes for an hour depending on their messed up algorithm Or being dropped off in the pouring rain at one...
