Tampa Riverwalk East End — Attraction in Tampa

The Tampa Riverwalk is a LONG walk, and this is about the East end near the Aquarium & Port. Parking is nearby, including a parking garage a bit east of the park entrance. The park is nice; be sure to visit Heroes Plaza up by the History Center. A good meal can be had at the Columbia, and there is a small playground as well as a large park on this end of the Riverwalk. The walk right near the seaside is quite serene. One of the downsides that I have seen is the lack of facilities for parking. But I was able to find a place for $2 an hour. Parking using the app is available but it includes additional transaction fees. If done for cash it is exactly $2. When I visited the credit/debit card facility did not work.
