I just...where to begin? Okay, so when you open the door to this place, it's a magically delicious sensory overload from the smell of chocolate all around the place. I must say, the interior decor is a little too modern and understated for the menu offerings in my opinion. I expected more whimsy.

First, I was offered a sample of some chocolatey bites (idk what they're called but you'll see them inside when you walk in). I tried the popcorn covered in milk chocolate. SO GOOD! There are a bunch of flavors offered on the sample cart and I was told I could also sample the offerings on the shelf displays. I should mention that I'm not typically a chocolate person. I'm a dessert person, but there are plenty of options for anyone looking for a lil something sweet.

Next, I was offered a tour of the menu and wow are you gonna need it. There's just. so. much.

From shakes to s'mores to chocolate-dipped waffles to ice cream sandwiches, there's sure to be something for your sweet tooth.

This is not the kind of place I recommend incorporating into your weekly routine. At least one of two things will happen: You'll make your dentist very rich, your pockets will start touching, and/or you'll see that number on the scale go up significantly. This is one of those kinds of places you'll see on Yelp or Instagram or TikTok and want to go for the novelty of it all. I have a hard time believing most people are actually able to finish their decadent sweet treats like the colossal milkshakes.

I ordered a white chocolate-dipped waffle with whipped cream and Oreo crumbles on top. MIND YOU, I came to Sparkman to grab food and stopped here first and still couldn't finish it. Now it was good, very good, but it's a whole lotta sweet!

This is a great place to bring your kids after they get all A's on their report card or win their little league championship or just need them to shut up because they've been bugging you all day. I recommend having them split something because it's pricey but they'll love...

This is a hard review for me to leave. I have been seeing this on TikTok and have been obsessed with going here, because I love sweets, especially chocolate and ice cream. So first the good! We got a sampling of “cake pops” and the cake was amazing and flavorful. The outside chocolate was ok. Not premium chocolate but ok. My niece ordered the Dubai Sundae and I got the smores sundaeAnd again the good first. The pistachio was flavorful, sooo good and the whip cream tasty. Now the not so good for the high price I expected premium ingredients high quality. But , first, from all the videos and pics I expected an extremely creamy custard based ice cream. It was just regular soft serve. Not a very creamy mouthfeel at all. (Maybe having a bad day) one of the machines was tilted so I don’t know. Secondly, all the toppings were no different than any other much cheaper ice cream place, Dairy Queen twisty treat. In fact, the higher end ice cream Place have better quality ingredients. And finally, I was so looking forward to the chocolate fudge sauce. Which I was told they don’t have! My chocolate hardened like magic shell! Instead of a Gooey fudge sundae it was just shards of chocolate mixed in and difficult to eat. The marshmallow was bland, the ice cream was bland. Not bad but for the price not great. The service was amazing. Except the person that helped me, I was asking questions, because I had never been there before and I think they were ready to go on break. And finally, the servings I had seen by influencers where it’s coming out of the cups and almost overflowing was also not the same Servings we received Quality 3/5 Flavor...

Wow, what a beautiful morning for chocolate! Hampton Chocolate Factory at Sparkman Wharf brought me so much joy. This chocolate shop serves up some wonderfully unique desserts, so it's not just about the chocolate candies. They also make great gifts for the holidays. There were many gift baskets around the store that were ready to be purchased. There were buy 4 for $40 deals as well. I was so thankful to be able to get samples of different flavors. I ended up purchasing some of my favorites. It was hard to pass up the following flavors:

1. Espresso Bean Chocolate Blend
2. Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels
3. Sea Salt Caramels
4. Maple Bourbon Pecans

The Chocolate Strawberries get an honorable mention, and would have been my 5th choice. But, I just couldn't buy them all! To be honest, everything that I tried was delicious. I was also super happy with my dessert choice. I ended up getting the Coffee Affogato shake. I intentionally asked for no whip. It was so decadent! Scarlett did a wonderful job of making this awesome dessert. She even made sure to place the chocolate espresso beans on the side for me so that they didn't float to the bottom. Everyone asked if we enjoyed our dessert including the owners. Great service goes a long way. It truly was a great experience!

I can't wait to go back to try their frozen s'mores specialty dessert. They also have ice cream, waffles, and lots of different chocolate treats. I'd say it's the best place to be when...
