This place was a great visit with my children. We drove 50 minutes to visit for the annual Easter egg hunt. It was neat, but as people arrived, a line started and everyone was falling into it correctly/respectfully in the beginning, but when the attendant came up to announce we were starting & we could start walking up to get broken into groups everyone from the end of the line started cutting everyone else who was towards the front of the line. I was disappointed that the attendant didn’t correct these people & allow the line to go in the order it was in. We arrived 30-40 min early & got skipped by a lot of people who arrived when it was starting. Stupidity & immaturity on those visitors part, no doubt. But, I also think the people in charge could have corrected this easily. Just a tip for the coming years when you do the annual Easter egg hunt. It sucks arriving almost 40 min early and then get skipped by those who arrived late. When my children finished the egg hunt, we bought the 2 hr unlimited pass & there were no attendants at any of the stations to help the children on the attractions. So, we bought tickets for two hours & were having to hassle asking if we could get help at each station & waiting for them to get over there which was cutting into our time a lot. A younger guy @ the concession stand was very kind though & corrected this for us. He added additional time to the wrist bands. I also believe it is crazy overpriced, ESPECIALLY for smaller children who can’t do the walk across, zip line, or rock climbing wall. The little ones only have like one section of two things they can do & are charged the same price as if they are able to enjoy all attractions, which they definitely can’t if they are smaller kids. Overall, we had a good visit but the hospitality & organization of it all was a bit disappointing considering...
Read moreScheduled an axe throwing outing with coworkers and booked online for 8 people. Only ended up having 7 total and called in to obtain a refund after the fact. Spoke with Rob, whom I assume is the manager, and he said they can't refund the amount via online payment, but could offer a gift card. I stated I lived in a different state and that a gift card isn't really an option so I'm told when I come back there, which will be in a month or two, I'll obtain a refund on my physical card that I'll have to present to them to obtain this refund (this seems extremely awkward). He also stated he tells people to book for less people in which I stated, I called prior to booking and never heard anything like that. The website states you pay a deposit up front, but no...you pay the full amount, which should be updated. Additionally, the so-called Beer & Wine Garden is lacking in a lot of areas...offering cans of beer and not even having beer that they have decor for on the outside of the shack (Yuengling for example). The axe-pert barely gave any instruction and was only present for the first 2 minutes on the 2 range outdoor area for axe throwing, although he did come up and spray the boards with water to help the axes stick. We asked about changing the boards out, due to the destroyed look they had and the chunks missing, which was immediately dismissed (check out pictures of both ranges to see the look of these). I also complained to the manager when I spoke with him today and he basically side-stepped the complaint just like his employee did and didn't even respond to me. I would not recommend this place at all. If you want axe throwing, go elsewhere because this place isn't worth your...
Read moreAs part of New Year’s Eve celebration my friend and I went for mini golf to this place. The place is set up nicely and we were having a good time, staff was also friendly and welcoming. My boyfriend he has a habit of taking pictures and videos in most places for memories. He did make video in the park and activities, which a random lady nearby misconstrued his actions for amusement and started fighting with him. He was trying to help the family’s child who was crying from ropes course. There was no need for the random lady to interfere and start fighting with him ..As the arguments went on and that lady and her husband were being racist and told him to go back to his country. I entered that conversation and told them that this is our country and they can go back to their country. Also as we had entered the park the same people were directing us to start golfing elsewhere. After around 15 minutes later of those people leaving, while we went back to the game, front desk staff person came in and asked us what happened. We told him there were some racist people harassing us. The staff came much later after the conflict happened.. either they are short staffed or don’t keep an eye on what’s going on in the park. I don’t know what type of zero tolerance policy they have on bullying but it didn’t really help us. Due to the incident that happened here I don’t plan to visit again whether it is a reflection of the business or not. Although there may not be anything wrong with the way they operate...
