If you’ve ever wanted to know what it feels like to be treated like royalty, like you matter, like your needs being met are only a text message away, I have a story of her exceptional service that I’d love to share with you.

My girlfriend, now fiancé, and I were leaving to Maui in about a week. It was her first time on the islands of Hawai’i and she had always dreamt of visiting. I knew I wanted to propose to her, and I thought this trip would be the perfect time to do so. Well, we were also in the middle of moving and I had only two thin windows of opportunity to buy the engagement ring that I have been thinking and dreaming about for a few months at that point.

In one 10 minute visit, Christy was able to get me a Jared credit account opened. It was for way more than I expected so I took a couple of days to consider my options. I was never pressured to go in one way or another by Christy. She was helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. She also had a longstanding customer relationship with my now fiancé and I was able to lean on her for “insider” guidance, which was fantastic!

I texted Christy a little ahead of my next arrival, and as soon as she was done helping another customer, she immediately sprung into action faster than I’ve ever seen someone in her position do so. I was out the door with both the engagement ring and the wedding band in a matter of 10 minutes and stuffed both into my bag in the truck. I picked up my now fiancé from across the street for a quick appointment and she never noticed. This turned out perfectly!

Maui went like a dream! We drove 3 hours through a jungle then hiked 2 miles to a waterfall. Nervously (why, I couldn’t tell you), and trying to balance on jagged rocks, I popped the question. She loved the ring!

The exceptional customer service just gets better from here!

For my fiancé’s very special milestone birthday, we decided to spend it on Kaua’i. A few days before we left, we visited Jared to follow up on sizing the rings. She eyed some diamond earrings. She only owned a pair of modest pearl earrings that she has been wearing for years and years. After we left the store, I felt that I really wanted to get my fiancé a pair of nice earrings to make her milestone birthday extra special.

Unfortunately, the size and type she wanted were online only. Christy was off that day but her colleagues relayed the visit to her later and she reached out to me. Awesome! This time, I didn’t even need to step foot in Jared. While on Kaua’i, by text alone, Christy handled EVERYTHING!

Christy ordered the earrings with my authorization by text to charge to my Jared account. Received them at her store in Temecula. Gift wrapped them!! Then she shipped them super fast to a local jewelry store on Kaua’i. She coordinated with me and the store for the pick up. This was all done in a matter of a few days. It went off without a hiccup!

My fiancé was so incredibly happy when she saw the earrings and I felt like a superhero! That’s what Christy did for us! She made me look and feel like a superhero! And my fiancé is ecstatic with her new, beautiful pieces of fine jewelry from Jared.

I am retracting my statement and my 5 stars to a one star pertaining to Adrian performance who works at Jared Galleria of Jewelery Temecula, California.The reason for my retraction is I discovered the packaging for this watch was wrong when I was watching a YouTube presentation for this model watch. Adrian was dishonest by the following: 1, He said this watch does not come with wireless charger, 2. The box in the picture below is for another Tissot watch, 3. The instructions booklet does not have T-Touch Connect Solar written on it. 4. Presentation Box is missing.

After my discovery. My wife and I spoke with Adrian of Jared of Temecula and he stated he will email corporate office to validate if this T-TOUCH Connect SOLAR TISSOT MENS WATCH comes with a wireless charger.

The next day I visited another Jared Store. Shared my concerns that the watch is not being sold in its original packaging,which includes a presentation box and a wireless charger.The staff contacted customer service who spoke with Adrian and cutomer service told the staff he sent an email to remove the watch wireless charger discription from Jared website. I was very disturbed to hear this. Also, the Staff said when an order is made we have no control of what is sent to the store.

Currently, We have received two TISSOT T-TOUCH CONNECT SOLAR Men's T121404705103 Watches, the first was an online purchase which was used and in bad condition and the second purchase was in the Jared Temecula,California Store. Both watches received were not in its original packaging , both instructions booklets are for another tissot watch.Very disappointing to learn you were deceived and lied to. Customers be aware ensure the packaging is correct copy the advertised website description to validate what you purchase is accurate.

My now fiance and I have been together for 7 years and we had talked about getting married, but hadn't done anything to actually make it happen until one day he tells me he'd like to take me ring shopping, because he wants me to get the ring I want. I was blown away, I had never thought about picking my own engagement ring, nor had I ever thought about what kind of ring I would want, so I had a lot to think about. I knew that getting a certified diamond was important to me, and some certifications are better than others, I even started think seriously about lab created diamonds because of all the unknown variables with mined diamonds. Basically I was running in circles in my mind not getting anywhere, so we finally decided to just go in to a Kay at the outlet mall when we were there for other reasons. I liked what they had, but didn't find anything that spoke to me, so we went to the mall, and tried almost every jewelry store there, with a few terrible experiences, and a few distant possibilities, but still nothing that really spoke to me. I saw the Leo diamond at Kay, and was leaning towards settling for that when I decided to search jewelry stores that carry Leo diamonds, and Jared came up so instead of dismissing them because they were far away my fiance suggested we go look since we would be in that area in a few days, that was the best decision we made! We were promptly greeted by Ric, who offered us coffee or water, and took us to a little office to get a feel for what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, and to explain a little more about Jared and all the reasons we should choose them. My fiance loves the extras, so he was immediately happy, I like people who make me feel comfortable, and listen to what I'm saying, so I very quickly felt happy with our decision to give Jared a shot as Ric had ideas, and brought in Mel who had more ideas, and between the four of us Jared customized a beautiful diamond band to add a setting for a beautiful rectangular brilliant cut diamond, and I couldn't be more happy with the final product than I am! The ring was ready in 24 hours, although we didn't pick it up for a few days, and I can't stop looking at my ring! Thank you Ric and Mel, you guys are great and my fiance and I are both happy...
