Happy to see a store in Temecula. Clean store. Clean restroom. Selection is more limited than the website, as is any retailer. People complaining about price don't undertsand gear. You get what you pay for. That said, some items are marked up for quality and brand significantly like some shirts. I find it interesting that the same people complaining about gear price are ready to spend a lot of money on brand clothes for style with less quality. The footwear, bags, and pants have been 5.11's strength in my opinion. You can always find better and much more expensive gear depending on your mission or goals, like mountain climbing. Staff is nice, haven't spoken with them enough to know who has expertise for which gear to deploy for which field, but if you don't already know what you are doing or what you're looking for, you probably won't understand the value of the product. 5.11 is purpose built gear, and they have been my go-to brand for outdoor work, excursion, and urban life. From the available discounts to the free giveaways proved what a first class brand 5.11 has established. Not to mention the quality of their products including selection. 5.11 has established themselves as the forerunner in serious active gear made for everyone involved in a profession or personal commitment to achieve the very best in their passion. I want to acknowledge the entire staffs efforts today. They spared nothing to accommodate all of us during a long hot wait. I was amongst the early 50 and enjoyed cold water and shade provided by a tireless staff. Once inside the staff equally assisted us with product search and purchase with professionalism and a smile.
