Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home Temecula — Attraction in Temecula

We bought all of our appliances from this store, in the store the salesperson and the store customer service was excellent. That is where it all ended!!! They deliver the Refrigerator in the back of a old Toyota truck and almost drop it while getting it out of the truck (no call ahead of time either). The next delivery was a dish washer, microwave, washer and dryer, they finally show up at 10:30 pm, the dryer is damaged and the delivery guys states that this is normal they just get beat up when they deliver them and we need to call the store in the morning as they are closed. Finally we are ready to have our stove delivered and everything installed, the delivery guys are running around like crazy beating things up (walls and appliances they are installing) we ask can you slow down a little, he said no because they have 29 stops today. The delivery guys are rude and hardly speak english. He installs the Washer and dryer first, I walk into the laundry room 5 minutes later and it is flooded, He comes into look at it and states it is not his problem because we bought a floor model and it is used (we thought it was new), at this point we try to get a hold of customer service and there is no one there until 10am when the store opens, we have them put the washer and dryer back in the garage and now we wait until the store opens to see what happens next. I would not recommend buying from Pacific Sales or Best Buy (since they are the same company) if you need things delivered and/or installed.

UPDATE - Went to the store and they are again making things correct for the delivery company. They are going to send new in the box units and pick up the ones that were delivered. This morning the new washer/dryer arrived this delivery team was great (4th time was definitely a charm) they installed the units, cleaned them and made sure they operated correctly. They even took the time to fix the refrigerator that was incorrectly installed on Saturday. All in all we are now very happy with our new appliances and in 3 months we won't even remember the turmoil that we had to endure. My husband and I have been looking for seems like ever to find the perfect appliances for our kitchen. We finally found a line Café that we love. We went to many different places and checked out prices and delivery times. I heard that Pacific sales will be the most expensive. Turns out they were the most reasonable. They were by far the most professional my experience purchasing my appliances was incredible. I want to say thank you so much to the amazing Charlotte. I’m sure everybody there is incredible. But I highly recommend asking for Charlotte. Soon as I got there I wasn’t sure where to go and she walked up to me immediately with such a soft and calm welcome I really appreciated that she wasn’t immediately into trying to sell me some thing. She showed me where the appliances were. She was more than willing to give me two different quotes on two different brands. She went out of her way to make sure I could get the best deal. She personally told me that she will connect with me to ensure my delivery times in days and if she can move some of them up. Very very professional I was very pleased, and very impressed with the way that she made my experience feel relaxed, calm and secure. I will always go back here. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in my purchase today and I cannot wait to redo my beautiful kitchen with these appliances. Seven years ago we purchased a dishwasher from the "old" Pacific Sales location in Temecula. The experience was overall most satisfactory. So, in July of 2015 we purchased a refrigerator from the "new" location of Pacific Sales (now owned by Best Buy). The experience was "mediocre", to say the least. Then when the delivery was made, the real trouble began. First, the refrigerator did not work properly & we had to have another delivered. That experience was one of the worst we've every experienced - the crew who delivered it seemed to have no clue how to set it up, etc, etc. To top it off, they were rude & totally indifferent. Now, a little over a year later, we're having a problem with the water dispenser. It took me one full hour to finally make arrangements to have a repair person come see what's wrong. On my 1st attempt to call for help, I waited over 20 minutes to be connected to the "repair" dept., & then my call was disconnected before I was able to speak with them. The 2nd attempt took another 30 minutes, but I WAS able to make arrangements for a repair person to come look at the problem. However, the person I spoke with was either a robot or a "special needs" individual. They were totally inept! We have our fingers crossed that the promised service person will actually appear on the appointed day. I believe this is the last time we will deal with Pacific Sales/Best Buy !!! Susan Stann...
