I come to this nail salon off and on for over a year, The team here are fast and polite. As a working mom, I never have to wait, and they can get me out of the door pretty quick. Yesterday I had an interesting experience and it had nothing to do with the staff or tech. The desk clerk led me to the table and chair for my service (a fill and a change in gel polish). As I started to settle in, the customer over in the pedicure chair behind me sounded like they were on the phone shouting about something. Then I realized, the customer wasn't shouting on the phone, but being belligerent and rude. Someone had called the police to remove her. She was mad that her nails weren't perfect, and that she refused to pay for the nails and would not leave. Somehow things "settled" for the police, that the police left. I think the policy left out of fear of being recorded on social media. This gave the rude customer more allowance to start/continually verbally abusing the nail tech by cussing at her and calling her names. The team at Aria handled this with as much praise. Props to Ana, for choosing to not take the abuse and walk away. Once the nail tech walked away, the rude girl treated the nail tech like a prostitute promising $20 tip to finish her nails. $20 is nothing, especially for being abused. Props for the rest of the team handling with the utmost poise by ignoring her, as this is how one should handle a toddler tantrum by not awarding negative behavior with any attention. There was a point she started becoming racist you can hear her say "this is the service you get with Chinese". I want to say that the police officers should have removed her the first time, as she continue escalating her behavior. The police officers came a second time to remover her. She continued escalating the situations with policy officers, that she was threatened with arrests. They honestly should have arrested her and put her on time out, so she can reflect on her behavior and understand consequence. Unfortunately because they di not arrest her, the girl came back to splash water all over the entry way. The staff smiled, and just cleaned it up with grace. Actually the Aria Team had to clean up all the mess this girl did around the pedicure chairs too. Again props to...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had originally written a good review and was initially pleased with the service. Upon my second visit to this salon I was more than excited to get a new look for my nails. I showed the gentleman a picture and he said he could not execute that particular design. No problem, so I picked a different design. He said he could do it. Gladly we got started and he said he wanted to take off the old nails from my middle and ring finger on each hand. I said no problem you're the expert. Now at my very first visit I had a woman do my nails. She was lovely and soaked off my old set from a different salon with acetone im pretty sure and she drilled off the excess. I thought that possibly everyone at this salon used this method and I thought that was wonderful as I had a terrible experience at a different salon when they shoved a fake tip underneath my real nail and the acrylic nail. So at this last visit to ARIA Nail Bar the gentleman proceeded to do exactly that. Shoving a fake tip beneath the acrylic and it was between my real nail and the acrylic. He proceeded to rip it off and caused me to bleed enough to get a paper towel. Mind you I didn't want to get blood on the surface because of covid and what not. He said he would put powder over it and usually im not the type of person to make something difficult but I politely asked if we could take all the nails off because I was scared to put anything over the wound. He seemed bothered. And then decided to take off the rest of my acrylics with the acetone method of soaking and drilling off the rest. And my nail has been healing slowly and painfully. Someone even asked me if it was a fungal infection. All I can say is, if you're not comfortable with the method they're using please speak up so you don't feel uncomfortable and or start to bleed. Also I did pay him for the service of removing the...
