I have never written a review before. However, for documentation and for the safety of others I am writing this. This was a traumatic and very unsafe experience. I state the facts, which were: • My gel manicure did not cure twice and as a result the gel transferred to my skin and clothes over the last 24 hours. • The manager yelled at me in front of the entire salon and made me cry when I came back in the next morning after spending approximately $150 on services the day prior, in order to get the gel fixed because it seemed to not be cured properly in that it was still sticky and transferring. • The manager also was very rude to me implying that I should not have my nails redon, because they spend alot of time, but the reason for this was because the nails kept turning out uncured, and the polish would come off onto my hands when they asked me to wash after the service. •I never asked for a refund, and did not receive one. • The manager continued to yell at me in front of the others in the salon even after I began to cry. • I was very respectful and professional despite how I was treated. • During the second gel removal process when I can in the next day, the tech cut my finger when removing the previous gel. I told the manager and showed him the bloody cut and he said that it was essential my fault for having so much gel removed so many times during that time. Again, the reason the gel had to be removed was because it was not drying properly and they had to redo them. •I will not return to this salon. •I am monitoring my cut for an infection and also trying to removed the gel from my skin that transferred due to their mistakes.

I really hate to leave bad reviews. But after nearly 145 dollars on a fill, I have to share my experience. I came in asked for milky white nails. I’m new to gel x and trusted they knew how to achieve this. After almost 2 1/2 hours, they didn’t turn out anything like my reference photo. I’m really not hard to please, so I went home and thought maybe I could live with them, and she spent so much time, I didn’t want her to start all over. After two days, I decided to go back and get a color change, and let them know what happened. I’m also in the beauty industry, and know stuff happens sometimes. It can be fixed. After a painful and quick gel change (she painted the new color over the filing dust, and burned me multiple times), they sent me on my way. 35 dollars. I reiterated what happened, and the man working the front desk raised his voice at me, and told me I should have told her after the first nail she painted, that I didn’t like it. It’s my fault for waiting a couple days. And I shouldn’t expect anything for free, because my nail tech just spent time fixing them. Mind you, I didn’t ask to get anything for free. I was happy to pay for my nail techs time. I was just letting them know what happened. I left anxious, and embarrassed. I haven’t had anyone speak to me that way, and I wasn’t rude at all, it wasn’t warranted. I’m in the industry myself, I always tell my clients to come back to me if they have any issues with the work. Just leaving this anyone wanting to avoid this kind of treatment.

Went today and while they did have someone fix it, I still had a bad experience with the first lady that did my nails. I had D. Tang for my first person and I came in with one broken nail and the rest natural with gel. Firstly, I’ve never had someone take so much off my natural nail while taking off the gel off the top (Normally it’s soaked off after most of the gel is removed). So then she tried to sell me builder gel, which I now need because of how thin she made them. When she went to fix my broken nail she made it too short, didn’t let me see it until after she was done putting builder gel on it. When told it was too short, she told me she would cut the rest down instead of fixing the nail. Then when I told her no I want to just fix the one nail she put acrylic over the builder gel so now the one nail looks thick and horrible. I had builder gel all over my hand and under my nail. It’s mostly cleaned up now but I included a photo of how it still looks. When she shaped them she was so careless/rushing so much that she cut me in two spots with the nail file. And the nail polish? It was messy, all over my skin, and lifting before I even got to the front desk. They did have someone fix it after, but they can’t fix the cuts, how thin my natural nails now are, or the nail that broke and was fixed wrongly.

I come to this nail salon off and on for over a year, The team here are fast and polite. As a working mom, I never have to wait, and they can get me out of the door pretty quick. Yesterday I had an interesting experience and it had nothing to do with the staff or tech. The desk clerk led me to the table and chair for my service (a fill and a change in gel polish). As I started to settle in, the customer over in the pedicure chair behind me sounded like they were on the phone shouting about something. Then I realized, the customer wasn't shouting on the phone, but being belligerent and rude. Someone had called the police to remove her. She was mad that her nails weren't perfect, and that she refused to pay for the nails and would not leave. Somehow things "settled" for the police, that the police left. I think the policy left out of fear of being recorded on social media. This gave the rude customer more allowance to start/continually verbally abusing the nail tech by cussing at her and calling her names. The team at Aria handled this with as much praise. Props to Ana, for choosing to not take the abuse and walk away. Once the nail tech walked away, the rude girl treated the nail tech like a prostitute promising $20 tip to finish her nails. $20 is nothing, especially for being abused. Props for the rest of the team handling with the utmost poise by ignoring her, as this is how one should handle a toddler tantrum by not awarding negative behavior with any attention. There was a point she started becoming racist you can hear her say "this is the service you get with Chinese". I want to say that the police officers should have removed her the first time, as she continue escalating her behavior. The police officers came a second time to remover her. She continued escalating the situations with policy officers, that she was threatened with arrests. They honestly should have arrested her and put her on time out, so she can reflect on her behavior and understand consequence. Unfortunately because they di not arrest her, the girl came back to splash water all over the entry way. The staff smiled, and just cleaned it up with grace. Actually the Aria Team had to clean up all the mess this girl did around the pedicure chairs too. Again props to...

From the moment I stepped inside this nail salon, I was immediately struck by how spotless, elegant, and inviting the space felt. Every corner is impeccably clean, every detail carefully thought out — it’s clear they take great pride in creating an atmosphere where clients can truly relax and enjoy themselves. The dĆ©cor is modern yet warm, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a calm, soothing vibe that makes you want to stay all day.

The real magic, however, lies in the team of professionals who work here. Every single staff member is friendly, attentive, and highly skilled, treating you not just as a customer, but as a valued guest. They greet you with genuine smiles, take the time to listen to exactly what you want, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Whether it’s a classic manicure, an intricate nail design, or a luxurious pedicure, they approach every service with precision, care, and artistry. You can tell they love what they do, and that passion shines through in the quality of their work.

I also appreciate the way they prioritize hygiene and professionalism. Tools are properly sanitized, workstations are kept immaculate, and every step is done with care to ensure your safety and comfort. This level of attention to cleanliness is rare to find and truly sets them apart.

Another great thing is that they have multiple locations, making it incredibly convenient no matter where you are. And the best part? The exceptional service and warm hospitality are consistent across all of them. No matter which location you visit, you’ll be welcomed like family and treated to the same high standard of excellence.

If you’re searching for a nail salon that offers top-tier service, talented technicians, a luxurious and pristine environment, and a truly welcoming atmosphere, look no further. I can’t recommend this place enough — once you experience it, you’ll understand why so many people keep coming back. Treat yourself and see what everyone’s talking about — you...

I had originally written a good review and was initially pleased with the service. Upon my second visit to this salon I was more than excited to get a new look for my nails. I showed the gentleman a picture and he said he could not execute that particular design. No problem, so I picked a different design. He said he could do it. Gladly we got started and he said he wanted to take off the old nails from my middle and ring finger on each hand. I said no problem you're the expert. Now at my very first visit I had a woman do my nails. She was lovely and soaked off my old set from a different salon with acetone im pretty sure and she drilled off the excess. I thought that possibly everyone at this salon used this method and I thought that was wonderful as I had a terrible experience at a different salon when they shoved a fake tip underneath my real nail and the acrylic nail. So at this last visit to ARIA Nail Bar the gentleman proceeded to do exactly that. Shoving a fake tip beneath the acrylic and it was between my real nail and the acrylic. He proceeded to rip it off and caused me to bleed enough to get a paper towel. Mind you I didn't want to get blood on the surface because of covid and what not. He said he would put powder over it and usually im not the type of person to make something difficult but I politely asked if we could take all the nails off because I was scared to put anything over the wound. He seemed bothered. And then decided to take off the rest of my acrylics with the acetone method of soaking and drilling off the rest. And my nail has been healing slowly and painfully. Someone even asked me if it was a fungal infection. All I can say is, if you're not comfortable with the method they're using please speak up so you don't feel uncomfortable and or start to bleed. Also I did pay him for the service of removing the...
