Je Vape & Smoke — Attraction in The Colony

Ive been buying vape from je vape plano location for 3 years and I always receive the best customer service ever but today I had an unexpected experience with this colony location je vape. My girlfriend goes inside to buy her self a vape she come back with two vapes in hand Lost Mary MO5000 for worth of 60$ (30$ each) everyone knows these lost mary costs from 14.95$ to at most 20$ so I tell her to go and returns them (we didnt even open them and it been literally 1 minute after since she walked out of store)and I see her talking to the manager for like 10 minutes after she comes back she tells me what happened and this is the experience we had( the guy said they dont have returns at ja vape which is bs bc I even changed and returned lot of my purchases at the other location so he keeps saying no we dont have returns and she says this vape doesn’t worth 30 dollars and its cheaper in other stores and he says i dont set price in other stores she says i want my money back and wth u mean and then he says okey bc it you I do it this one time but we dont usually do this) overall I dont think its right for any business to have this kind of behavior to any customer it unprofessional and I dont think you can sell something that worth 14$ for 30$ like 100% more expensive than what it...

Finding Orion pods can be hard to in The Colony, everyone seems to sell out of them the instant they get them in. They've got more than enough in stock here, as well as an expansive inventory. The owner is also very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming here again.

Edit 9/5/24 - Stopped in today to get a new vape, and had to return it later when the battery turned out to be bad. Not the store's fault at all, these things happen. Jay was extremely helpful, though, and set me up with a replacement right away. Awesome customer service, as always. Everyone who works here is great and they always seem to have exactly what I need in stock. Love this place.

Edit 9/23/2025 - I like updating this review every now and then because these guys never miss. They always have quality products in stock and they're very knowledgeable about what they sell. Even with the bans on certain brands of disposable vapes, this store is still going strong and the guys are as upbeat and helpful as ever. Don't think I'll ever find a better vape shop, and they set me up with exactly what I was looking for when I stopped in yesterday. Can't recommend this place...

I found this spot through some friends at work, and decided to give the place a go. I’ve been in four or five times now, mostly to pick up coils and salt-pens, but hadn’t purchased juice up to this point. I work nearby and saw they closed later than every shop around. Awesome, I had 15 minutes to get there and get my juice. I arrive and they still have a healthy amount of customers around, and more than enough hands on deck to help everyone. On a whim, since I hadn’t purchased juice here before, I stepped out on a limb and asked if they had Milk-Man (I’m never able to find it in shops). Tbh the best desert based juice to ever exist imho. Not only did they have it, but they had options on options of different MM flavors. Super happy about my experience. 10/10 would recommend and will...
