Talk about judgement!!! My husband and I walk in we got tanks on and short the lady says hi my husband asks how are ignore she runs to the back we are tatted up cool whatever the manager comes out with her laptop in hands. My husband picks up a purse I’m interested in and asks the manager a price he is just straight up rude uh it’s this yea no the rest comes off when you check out. Rude we keep looking around why because I really don’t get out I am disabled won’t go into detail I don’t leave much for obvious details now we find another item he asks again about price guy is rude again. Then we find a really I e employee and choose to buy three things. We are not broke people but CLEARLY we’re judged that way as the lady that came in after no tattoos and not white and dresses not in a tank top he was on her and all About you need anything let me know you can walk around if you need me to hold anything pathetic!!! Reverse racism to it max!!!! Never ever will be back!!!! The only one employee was super nice the rest nope but the lead from his so. And yes bbb was contacted I will not put up with that treatment...

I buzzed in very rudely 10 min before closing....I had to try.... We live and hour and a half away and this was my last shot to get my sister in law a special gift. Everyone was very professional and polite. The attandants helped me find what I was looking for very quickly. With only 10 min to shop I had an awesome experience. They have featured items that change from time to time that are offered at a discount.... Awesome will be back for that alone. The real star of my experience was the very helpful friendly woman at the check out counter Tiffany (849894). She took the time to connect with me and my daughter personally. If it were a different setting I would have invited for a girls day. She even upsold me on a perfume at the counter (I just so happened to be looking for a new sent for awhile and Gorgeous was it.) I also loved that the attandants grabbed new items from the back with fresh packaging on everything I purchased. I went in the store today and was automatically greeted with dirty looks from a woman associate at the door. As I shopped in the top shelf I picked out an 800$ backpack as a Christmas gift for my wife. After pulling the backpack down the same associate proceeded to follow me through the store, never asked if I needed help. I made it to the point of sales and was asked if anyone had helped me, I responded “no, I just kept receiving dirty looks”. The associate at the counter apologized and wrapped the backpack very nicely. Upon leaving the store the alarm went off. The associate mentioned earlier stopped me and pulled apart the backpack. She found nothing, not even an alarm tag. After pulling apart my bag she failed to replace the stuffing that keeps the bag in shape and failed to re wrap my bag with the paper stuffing. I was so embarrassed and upset that I pushed my stroller out with my bag. After this experience I will make a conscious effort to boycott this store across with friends and...
